Tier 2 D&D 5e game.

Anyone know if one is looking for players, or maybe a willing DM has been contemplating starting one?

Can I ask what a "tier 2" game is? Thanks, and good luck.

I believe tier 2 means levels 5-10.

I'd be game. I've thought about starting at 5th or 6th level. Any preferences for topic, tone, genre, or digital pizza toppings to bring to the virtual session? Oh, wait, pbp isn't virtual table top, lol.

I'm open for anything, really. I would ideally love something centered around the characters, but even if it's just slogging through a module or hardcover I'd be happy.

So, I changed my username from rgrnwood to some thing a little easier to read. But I had a few ideas kicking around my head. Anything sound particularly interesting?

1) Legend of Zelda: BOTW. Players fight various enemies during the 100 years after Link dies but before he is resurrected.

2) Sci-Fi aliens invade a medieval fantasy world. You are on the fantasy team.

3) Renaissance pirates/privateers saving kidnapped people, hunting for treasure and having ship battles.

4) Trapped inside a city trying to stop a magical plague and terrorists. Combat and mystery.

5) Help defend a city during a siege. Fighting in tunnels and collapsing them, running around naval barricades, surgical strikes against enemy artillery, raiding supply lines, evacuating villages, etc. You're involved in all the random missions that are interesting rather than standing on a wall and slogging through meat-grinder combat.

6) Lost Mines of Phandelver. I've never had a chance to finish it.

Oh, and I like to let people use Unearthed Arcana, homebrew, third party stuff, etc. Within reason at least; no crazy overpowered stuff.

Of those options, 3, 4 and 5 sounds best. In order of preference.

Tier 2 D&D 5e game.

Hi, guys - I'm new here, and I'm looking to get into a game. Most of these options look interesting; I especially like the idea of starting in tier II, since the early levels sometimes feel a bit boring. I should warn that my activity will be low, but I should be able to play if the pace isn't super fast.

Tier 2 D&D 5e game

I've been assembling a game that could go multiple directions: plague in a city, sci-fi vs fantasy, adventure on the high seas, gunslingers and psychics  vs knights and wizards, etc. I'm hoping for people who join to talk with myself and each other about what they want, what they can agree on, what they think of the direction I'm heading at the moment, and to do some world-building with me. My philosophy is that it's not my world and your story, it's our world and our story.

Feel free to check it out!
