Bloodstone Modules in 3.0/3.5 - 15th Level Gestalt (GM/CoGM)

I started this game but need some help to keep up with it. I have all the modules to run this if you need them, and I also have a DM PC I play.

Mostly I need a Co-DM to help me run the game and keep things moving forward as my work and family load get too much to handle.

There are currently 7 active players, all 15th level Gestalt builds, so they are incredibly powerful.

All the threads are Group 0 so you can read through anything you're interested in.

We would all love to see this game not die, I just cannot handle it alone.

Looking for a GM for this game. Please holler if interested.

We are more interested in keeping the characters moving forward than in simply following the Module series if you don't want to deal with the content.

Bloodstone Modules in 3.0/3.5 - 15th Level Gestalt

Can anyone give me an idea why we're getting no interest in this?

Is there anything I can do to make this more appealing to a DM/Co-DM?

Here are a couple of the problems you're facing trying to recruit a co-DM.

1) It is very, very intimidating to a run a 15th level gestalt game. That is a lot to deal with having to worry about balancing against all of that power as a GM. High level encounters are difficult to manage and balance without gestalt. Adding gestalt makes things much, much harder. Add to that having to do it for 7 players?!

2) Most people in general don't want to DM to begin with. DMing generally requires more time and work to do than simply being a player and a lot of people just don't feel up to it.

3) DM PCs can make a lot of people leery or nervous. That's nothing against you. Some DMs have just abused that and horror stories have spread through player communities about it.

4) You haven't clearly outlined exactly what you are expecting this co-DM to be responsible for. What exactly are you expecting them to do? Handle posting for certain NPCs? Overseeing combat encounters? If the 7-8 PCs are split into two parties to handle everything for the second party?
