As per the title, I'm looking for help running my game, which is a 5e non linear campaign with very simple rule set. The premise of the game is having people signing up as guild members, they do their quest solo or OC/IC plan with other players to party up and tackle a contract/quest together. It is setup like an MMO where you can choose to level up and tackle quests solo or with multiple people.

The Quests are technically like mini and fast paced one shots, and completing them will earn you reputation and the more you make a name for yourself the more you rank up within the guild. There are hidden stories and world lore in the game, so ill be doing most of the heavy lifting of thinking up the world's ideas and concept, but CO GMs are also privy to make up their own concept and stories for the lore.

What I need help with, is having someone on occasion step in to DM some of the scene when im not around or wen you feel like adding something into the event. Like I said, some simple quests takes only about 9-10 posts before it finishes, so I would like someone tackling people who are in quests like these so I can focus on the more complex and unique quests
