Monster Hunting (Adult?)

I've been watching the Underworld movies lately, and it got me thinking about a game idea that involved "monsters" (vampires, werewolves, fairies, witches, etc) who hunted other monsters.  I was thinking specifically of a character like Hellsing's Alucard, but that's only one choice.

I'd lean toward the adult rating, because well, monsters can be sexy.   I would also prefer modern day to fantasy setting.  Anyone got any thought or want to take this game idea up?

I'd join that game if a GM is not sure about numbers :D

Monster Hunting (Adult?)

This sounds like something I'd be game for.

Does anyone have a game already created in mind?

If not, I might be up to starting one like this.

Would it be a monster of a week thing (eg: Supernatural)?

Or just a certain type of monster (common bad guy) they are trying to rid the world of (eg: Blade)?

Also wouldn't it be cool if that type of monster was on the same side as the people trying to get rid of it (eg: Blade)?

Monster Hunting (Adult?)

I just imagined a BPRD (Hellboy) kind of thing set in the World of Darkness (or equivalent) - a group of vampires, werewolves, and other folklore beasties tasked with hunting down others of their kind.  Or perhaps acting as intermediaries between the government (or other pro-human organization) and the various tribes, courts, or covens of monsters.  Almost a Night Watch meets Supernatural vibe.  So much goodness going on in here.

In reply to Elohvey (msg # 4):

I actually didn't have a specific monster/idea in mind, other than I already articulated in my original post.  I'd be up for any of those suggested games, though.

Monster Hunting (Adult?)

I've crafted a game similar to what was stated above. The game is open now, but I'm not sure if I can state the name of a game here (I'm almost positive we can't link them). Maybe I can rmail you instead?

I'll do that if you're interested.

If not, then I'll carry on ... *starts singing: Wayward Son*
