Great post!

You didn't include Johnny on the ammo expenditure list so I'm assuming he fired one 1 round...

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Agreed, great post.

There wasn't an ammo expenditure for Tosh either but I'm assuming 6 rounds based on my post and the narrative.  Please let me know if that's incorrect.

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Sorry for the extended silence on my part - I've been busy as hell with the studies and planning the military exercise that'll be next week. I had prepared for abou 20 participants, but it seems, a combat medical course had some call for and 31 reservists are coming.

Now, is Mike K.I.A. or is there still life in him? Kind of important for my post.

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Sorry about the missed day there. The power supply on my PC died and I couldn't put up a turn on my mobile.

Turn is up. Long again, but I figure since this is the climax to the chapter, why not. I just hope y'all enjoy it.

Please take care of any ammo fired. Thanks.

You may want to read the turn first, but here is a summary:

Spoiler text: (Highlight or hover over the text to view)

The Star 266 guys are okay, except for Mike and Frank. Frank, that's a slight wound to his arm - but no penalty on anything. The truck is almost to the edge of the city, but have lost the Tarpan-Honker, don't know what happened to them, and are now alone. There are no threats visible. You can keep going, stop, or turn around, I guess.

The snipers have enemy converging on the area, but they still have time to escape. Sawiki has two very serious injuries. The Land Cruiser is parked in the lot on the east side of the dormitory, and there are infantry known to be on the west side (and maybe elsewhere since they also ventured into the lot).

Rear Guard is fucked. Sorry. You can hump it out on foot or try to get the Honker moving. Luis has a slight wound to his right arm/shoulder and a piece of debris (glass or metal) in his right (aiming) eye.

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Just some FYI that this week is going to be tricky to keep things moving. It's the Victoria Day long weekend coming up (I'll be away) and I've got a lot to do before then, such as a double shift at work. Please bear with me!

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Ok turn is up. As mentioned, I am not sure if I will be able to get a turn up until after the weekend - it's a long holiday and I will be out of town. Thursday night will be my only opportunity, so we'll have to see.

Note, the guys in the Tarpan-Honker don't really know where to go. They lost the Star 266 and aren't sure of the exit route. Krol knew... but he's dead.

I'd figured that one out.  We could be driving blind, literally in Ortega's case. <G>

Good turn post BTW - lots of tension.

As was probably intended, I am confused as to which way we are supposed to be going (and which way we are going) and on which streets/roads.

Re: OOC Thread - 10

It was overlooked and Roman only briefed the drivers.

It's not a big issue though, as Raciborz isn't big. The only real concern is that friendly units are supposed to have the exit route secured for you.

Turn is up. As mentioned, I'll be away for the (long) weekend and likely won't be able to post again until probably Tuesday. At least not a turn post... but I will try for any NPC dialogue that is needed to keep things moving (such as with JJM's group).

Please take care of your ammunition, thanks.

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Fuse, Owen's carbine fires three-round bursts, with no full-auto setting, so his expenditure should be either 6 rounds for the two bursts fired at the UAZ, or 12 to include the two bursts he fired at the soldiers on foot in passing on the previous turn (or are you ignoring that part of my post?).

Fuse should I post my actions or is the PM enough at this point? I am not sure because of the results of the chase?

Re: OOC Thread - 10

Hello. I'm back. The turn is up and I don't foresee any interruptions for a while. Sorry about that.

Please take care of your ammo/supplies used.

Spoiler text: (Highlight or hover over the text to view)
Main Group and Rear Guard are together again, with both vehicles idling on the highway. I need to know if you are going to proceed on ahead or wait for the MIA Sniper Team.

In reply to Owen Hollister (msg # 946):

Thanks for clarifying. Okay, adjust the ammo expended to reflect 3 round bursts instead of 5 round bursts. I made the proper rolls for this turn, but note there was a stoppage and the 6th round was not fired.

In reply to Ferro (msg # 947):

Already taken care of.
