In reply to John Jameson McCarthy (msg # 944):

That makes a lot of sense.

Ortega still has his climbing gear so it might even be possible to rappel down from the middle of the bridge directly onto the truck.

Please can someone who outranks Tosh besides Ortega resolve the situation with him.  Otherwise I'll end up talking to myself........ <G>

I've been given a route and will probably get the next turn up sunday evening. Since the wreck is going to be left alone, I assume you're packing up and leaving asap?

Ok....totally OOC...I may not be the only yank here, but what do the rest of you think about the probable annexation of The Crimea by Russia?

If there is time Billy will set a double grenade trap on the truck as well.

Fuse - that's the plan and if there's time for Billy to do this as well then that sounds good.

In reply to Thomas Marshall (msg # 948):

I don't think anyone is going to go to war to protect Ukraine's sovereignty, even though that was sort of the pact they made with the US/Russia when they handed over their few thousand nuclear weapons in the 90s.

In reply to Billy 'Crack' O'Brien  (msg # 952):

Seen. Please delete relevant demo gear from your inventory. Thanks.

In reply to David 'Tosh' Lines (msg # 951):

He also reminded Varis that there was a spare AK74 in one of the trucks.

I believe there is only the GPMG listed.

Re: OOC Thread - 11

How many mags does the M4 (from Hollister) come with? Varis still has his AKM ammo, right? Depending what we've got in community stores, he'll have to do a switcheroo of some sort. If there's more 5.45mm than 5.56mm, he may take the AK74 instead. Ammo conservation really isn't his thing.

I think that you're best off with the M4 - Tosh can give Varis 5x full STANAGs for it.

Fusilier:
1x AK74
1x 30rnd Mag/w 11x 5.45B
1x Field Dressing (Post War)
1x Flak Jacket
1x Roll Electrical Tape (6 uses)
3x Cigarettes

As well as Billy wanting the electrical tape, Tosh would like the 11 5.45mmB rounds and I think that Marshall is the only smoker so will probably grab the cigarettes.

Please let me know if Tosh taking the rounds is ok?

LOL!  No shit....

Let me know if Varis is sticking with the M-4/AK and he wants to get rid of that other AKM drum.

Does Frank want to do a straight swap, his AKM and ammo for Varis' M4 and its mags? If so, that would suit Varis just fine; if not, Varis could be persuaded to lend Frank his drum. Varis has never used an M16 or variant before. If convinced it is superior to Russian-made weaponry, this might help ease the transition.

Re: OOC Thread - 11

Turn is up. Note the OOC comment in the turn... let me know yes or no please. It won't affect the turn other than adding 2 hours to the clock whether the scrounging is successful or not. If it is, I'll just post a list of items found.

There's no need for IC input on that though, as I'd like to focus on the current events.

With that in mind, we kinda need a seating arrangement. I know where the drivers and Billy are but that's about it.
