That's a good call on the library Mark, using the shelves to create little personal spaces.

Andy I think 2 more white parachutes or equivalent would be good for the Humvees having camo. It pointless if we're only camming the Krok as the Humvees would give away our position.

Re the white oversuits, I'd aim for trying to buy proper white oversuits in the first instance (note there are two in stores already and I think Dietrich said that he had a set as part of his starting gear).

If they're not available, how easy would it be to buy ordinary fatigues and dye them white?

Additional to all of this we wanted to make a donation to Osprey. We talked about that being ammo but I suggested the 16 81mm mortar shells that we have in the stores (with no mortar). Have we reached a decision on that? There was talk about trying to get them to use them in support of us but I think that we decided that was too complicated and impractical so we're just looking at a donation to an ally.

What do we want to do with our donation?

Fuse - I've been suggesting that we sell the 3x 57mm HE-T shells as you said that they were for an anti aircraft weapon. Do we know of any unit that has whatever fires these shells?

No idea on this myself.

I'd stick with small arms ammo. We don't know what calibre their mortars are so 81mm shells may be no use to them. I'd prefer to keep what we have and if we end up operating with Osprey again we can take some / all of the shells with us and give them to them then, thus boosting the chances of them being used in our direct support.

Can you add one shot rocket launchers to this list (LAW / RPG 18 etc type)? Last time we got two from the arms factory (albeit refurbished). If they've none can you try the market?

Also, medical supplies are more or less a permanent requirement. I know this is a long, long shot but if you don't ask...

B) Without checking, my gut feel is that we have more people using 7.62 so have a greater need for that.


Yep, although I don't think it would do any harm to mention it elsewhere as well, e.g. the factory. Somebody night know somebody that knows somebody.

One other thing - it would be handy if we could acquire a medic. I know we tried before to get a back up without success but the job market might have changed.

The 57mm AA rounds were taken from a gun at the Przejazdowo Outpost when you captured it. Presumably the new occupants are now using that gun. That's all you probably know.

Osprey does not use 81mm (they use 120mm).

RPG-7 are sold in sets of 3, yes.

Also, as with the last time, Sikora wants at least half payment in diesel. I think it's half anyway, but I can't double check. See my reference that I gave the other day about Sikora if you want to check.

Andy Billy does have a grenade launcher that uses 40mmN but at this point he has been carrying the RPD and can't lug both at the same time so he is probably OK for grenades as he has 6 40mmN HE. Thanks.

That make sense and you're right about 7.62mmS being more popular.

The MM-1 worked pretty well for me, but at this point I think I’m more interested in the SM-2. That does remove our immediate requirements for 40mmN, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to make sure we have extras on hand in case someone else wants to take the Hawk and pretend to be Arnold from terminator 2 for a bit(it’s fairly heavy when fully loaded, so just be aware). As for the shopping list, do all of us new guys have knives and civvie clothes? Those could come in handy as well.

@Mark, you appear to be the only PC using 5.56. How would you feel about switching to a Sov weapon? We have an intact AKM and an intact AK74 in stores (we've no magazines for the AKM but they're already on the shopping list).

If we then do the same with Price we can more or less remove 5.56N from the supply chain (Janku would still need it but he's on detached duty right now and we're bound to acquire another Pact weapon at some point).

Please don't forget about Frank's equipment I posted.  He had an AKM with a flashlight on it, [1] or [2] 75 round drum mags, plus some 30 round AKM mags.  Plus other weapons of destruction...

To get the fatigues white you'd have to bleach them a few times which would weaken them. You're better off buying sheets from somewhere

JJ can switch to PACT ammo if people want. Also, in consultation with Fuse, Tom was able to fix some of the broken guns so we have two working AK-74s, three working RPK-74s and three working AKMs in stores.

JJ would probably go for an AK-74.

Up to you really. I just think it would make sense IC to try and reduce the number of calibres that we have – it would make it easier to transfer ammo between PC’s mid firefight if needed and with a Pact weapon there’s probably a better chance of being able to resupply in the field (i.e. loot ammo from dead enemies).

On a meta level it also reduces slightly the book keeping as there would be less stores updates. Your call though.

I would suggest keeping the M4 on JJM's sheet as a backup at base and carrying an AK. There is appropriate webbing etc in the stores as well.
