I would prefer that each of the BTR's air-guard hatches be manned and any surplus militia personnel ride on board the two militia vehicles.

AFAIK, the right front and left air-guard hatches are manned by Per and Jose respectively.

I think all of the Mad Dogs except Jake and Reza have claimed a spot.

Jake would prefer to treat Mad Dogs at the locations shown below, for the following reasons:

1) these areas have good cover thanks to the concrete
2) the incline allows me to position the patients in the Trendelenburg position very easily

If all casualties could make their way to these areas, I'd be very grateful.

That makes it sound as though there are 3 humans on either side of the Humvee, plus a 7th human (Halina) at the bumper and facing the vehicle, which is oriented away from us? Or does it mean 3 combined on either side and then Halina at the front? Total count of people next to the Humvee and orientation of the vehicle would be most helpful.

Three in total.

Vehicle is side on to you, plus roof is almost facing you, on the slope.

1 person prone by bumper
1 person kneeling/crouched on right side of vehicle
1 person, likely Nowak, standing? by front bumper

Last month it was a wildfire and this weekend we had a flood. I'm kinda worried about what'll come in August.
