Re: Chapter One: Unity
....maaaaaybe Unity didn't give a care about wolves. But rules are rules. Bridget is one to follow the letter of the law. And while they appear to be wolves, they could be evil druids in wolf form, someone's pet under mind control, doppelgangers with a weird fetish or any number of reasons to be in trouble for killing them.
Bridget doesn't say much on the yanking and Emerald's venturing forward since it's time to fight. Nor does she object to Mittens being in front. Bridget isn't a control freak or a psychologist, nor does she care about either... she simply is someone who does what she can to get the task done in the most efficient way she knows possible. That said, Bridget takes the cue from Emerald and gets into an ideal position. Seeing the wolf has not much left in it, Bridget decides to conserve her harder attack for later and brings her sword down on the wolf, causing not quite enough to finish the thing off. However, as she was harming the wolf, she leaves an obvious opening to Mittens for both the first wolf and the second... her choice.
(11:55, Today: Emerald rolled 21 using 1d20+7. Furious Smash - Attack.)
(Furious Smash does 5 damage. No roll for damage.)
(Mittens now has a +2 vs either Wolf1 or Wolf2)
(OOC note: First off, I goofed and accidentally rolled Bridget's attack with Emerald's name. Secondly, if any of you think I'm going "no kill!" because that's the kind of guy I am OOC, it's coincidence, I swear! Bridget would kill if the law allowed it. But until it's necessary, Bridget is going to just put her enemies into submission since that's the law.)
