 Kree shakes his head,...we will..when we get to Ironmound..that is where the Informant....or..informers...are.

Laithia looks around the table at the others as she helps herself to a bit of Ivy's food. Her green eyes are distant as she asks a question in a barely audible voice to her elven friend, "you ever think about wanting to settle down at some point? You know try again for happiness and normalcy. Let's face it unless Kree loses some of his thorns there is not much hope for him!" There is a teasing, evil little grin on her face though her eyes hold deep feelings for both Ivy and his cousin Kree.

  Ivy pushes a  Tart over to her along with a dipping bowl of  sweetcream...Someday..when we find that BAstard that lead the raid.....Kree..Lost alot...I lost...well..you know....

 he looks over towards Kree as he finishes the Kill talley to be sent to the Totem sages...You know?..He never said The Babe was not his. He knew...his name would insure her standing in the Village, rather the  a child of Mine...a son of a Thief...I was  supposed to come forth, when  Irina reached  the age of passage....By then..you know...Kree and I would have made a Name ofr ourselves..either as  thieves, or scouts. Now...we have names of  Hunters...but..i have no one to pass that to...

  Ivy shakes off the saddness as  he nudges her head with his,besides....where else would you rather be..then the Black Timber?

Laithia takes the tart, letting Ivy's hand go through she continues to lean against him, almost cuddling up to the older elf. Eating the tart with an overabundance of the cream on it, she licks her fingers as she listens to him. They all lost a lot on that fateful day. She wished that they could all go back to how things were and that it never happened but it did. Now they had to do the best they could.

"It was horrid what happened that day. I can still see...well more than I care to talk about. Sometimes I wake in the night and have to feel myself cause I can feel my mom's blood on me as if it just happened. I wish it would leave me," she says biting her lower lip in thought.

"To be with you and Kree again...that is where I always long to be. I have missed you both. You are all I have left of my family and when you are not around...I feel a void. I wish there was someone else to fill it," her thoughts go to Foril as her eyes drift to where he wandered off to find Kash. "We all deserve to be happy again! I want us to be happy again!" she says taking his hand again after she finished with her sweets her head still resting against him as she watches the others eat and drink.

 He leans back in the chair, letting her  rest  on him, his head against hers....it will all end soon enough..then we can see about  making   The Black Timber a happier place?



 ...maybe even for him?  he  chuckles  slightly as he looks towards Kree.

Laithia continues to hold his hand, her fingers caressing the back as she glances over to Kree. "I would like that a lot! It would be nice to settle down and be close to both of you. To know we are all together! That we are safe and our children will be safe. I wish I could know that we could prevent any bad things from happening but I know that is impossible. I just want a little place where we can attempt to live happily together," she says bringing his hand up and kissing the back of it.

"Yes even prickly Kree deserves happiness! Maybe routinely having sex will make him happier! We should work on that," she says a wicked little laugh escaping her lips.

  Ivy smiles as she holds his hand,..the raid  woke alot of people up. Elves do not forget. Everytime more people flow into our village, to find peace, or safety, they will get it...Even Humans  have elarned  not to...try...and take advanatge of us. A merchant group leanred that the hard way, when Kree tried to get them to trade  with us first, before going to Tou...they were attacked by some BAdits..perhaps even the same cats we  just fought?...either way? HAd they listened to him, they would have made  coin, and  our Village would have  had the choice of goods...rather then leftovers....


 ..As far as sex Goes...leave me out of it!...I am his cousin and his  friend...that is as close as it will get!  he chuckled and took a deep pull of his wine.

Laithia laughs at Ivy's words. "Not asking you to have sex with him!" she teases nudging him with an elbow. "You just have to help me find someone! You know his tastes! I would do it but I would wear him out being so much younger than you both! I would hate to give him a heart attack cause I am such a sexy minx!" she jokes raising her free hand and waving at Kree as she gives him a wicked grin.

She continues to hold Ivy's hand as she looks to the group they rescued. Becoming serious again, she comments, "I hope they can find happiness! I also pray their nights are not filled with nightmares that torment them in their waking hours. I fervently pray and hope these things for them."

  He laughs again, after  forcing his wine down,..I think we shoudl let  Eta and Neta guide his way, in the seacrh for a willing LAdy...he could have his pick, of  many a  maid  in the Village...and he has been known to....meet..some wealthly Ladies in Ironmound...but...to actively interfer? No thank you, My good Lady...I like my head on its shoudlers!

 Kree Looks up...then looks down and back, in a double take. His eyebrows  furrow at Liathia, and he tilts his head, but seeing Ivy laugh , he just shakes his ehad  with a wry smile himself, and goes  back to  writing.


For those they saved, they seem a bit happier...more relaxed...they are eating well enough. At the one end of the table, the  Young Elf maid with the Cat sword east more slowly. She seems to be a bit apart from the others..Now  and then she looks  over at Kree, Then towards Rolf...then back down at her food.

"Ok we will let the gods sort him and his sex life out though I feel the need to make sure he finds a suitable mate who can keep up with him. I worry about you two! I want you both happy! I have always looked up to you both and have always wanted...nevermind," she says a blush creeping up her face as she nuzzles Ivy's hand with her mouth and nose.

Looking at the lass with the catsword, Laithia sighs. "I wish I could save her from a life of battle but I can see it in her eyes. She will grow to be a fighter like I am though I wish her to have otherwise. She has great determination...it will make her formidable if she trains and learns her chosen weapon," she says to Ivy as her eyes take in the lass.

 Ivy smiles  a bit,what? You did not think  we knew? he shakes his head as he uses his free hand to  refill the mugs,....it would bunfair, for either of us to....take advantage...least ways...when not in our village...


  When she speaks of the  Young Elf Maid, he nods  solemly,...she will get what training she wishes at the Village...if no one else from this group goes to the BAlck Timber..I bet my bow..she will be going...

"I guess I should know better! You and Kree were always very perceptive. You both were all I had and you put up with me not speaking for years and then when I did...well I screamed for what? It was like a week! It was all I could but scream. The words would not come just the horror! All those years of not speaking and then it erupted," her eyes take on a haunted look as she remembers the horrific scream that always came forth when he lips parted. It was the only noise she could make at first. Once it settled down, words came again but through it all Ivy and Kree had stayed. They had never left her.

Nodding in the direction of the young elf, Laithia cannot help but feel a strange bond to her though she has yet to say anything. Her fear of those old wounds opening worse than normal surfaced and kept her away from the girl's side. Sometimes those old wounds hurt so bad it was like yesterday.

"I just do not want to be alone," she whispers sadly as she thinks about the last couple of months. If it was not for Navarre, Laithia would have lost it out there by herself. The large horse had kept her sane as his stoic presence was always there when she awoke from night terrors. Though he could not hug her, his gentle head butts always reminded her that he was there and would never leave her unless he was forced. Now though, she had Kree and Ivy back and since Foril had left her side, she felt the draw to be close to them.

Riku content with her perch up on one of the rafters, she looked down only to see Kash sitting, resting, reading, meditating, all the things his kin did.  Though she was respective of it, she also knew when some play was needed.  Pulling from one of her small pouches, she takes some of the fairy dust (nothing but itching dust) and gently sprinkles some over his head as she sits idly by with a wicked grin.

  Kree Finishes his  Glass of wine, and refills it, then takes  a couple for Rolls, and makes his way to the Door.  Mia syands  to go with him, but the 'leader' woman shakes her head..'no'..and   the elfmaiden retakes her  seat.

   walking out  onto the porch of the Inn, he sits on the edge, his bow by his side as he takes  a sip of wine, and a bite of roll..the Two moons chasing each other across the night sky....

 Ivy smiles  slightly,...As long as you stay a razorhawk?...You shall never be alone.

Kashtheil slowly looks at Foril. "You wish to see my spells? I am sure it is meager in comparison, but you may have a look." He handed him the book.

Kashtheil shook his head slightly and gave a slight scratch. He shook his head once more and a shiver ran up his back.

Silently giggling, she sprinkles a bit more over head of Kashtheil.

Foril handed across his own spellbook, the thing looked worn and rebuilt even for as large a book as it was and there were aside from spells, notes on alchemy and mixing drinks.  He leafed briefly through Kash's spellbook, "Well, I was planning for a fight even in my beginning.  You actually have more spells than I do.  You'd be less destructive.  I'm just... more hostile natured I suppose.  What was your homeland like?"

Kashtheil shook his head with a shiver. He looked at Foril holding up a finger. He then took a deep breath. "One moment please Foril. I have to take care of something." He held his hands out in a pleading way. "My sweet, as much as I love a good giggle. Could you so kindly stop my itching. I will be with you once I have spoken with good Foril."

She quietly puts her small pouch away, smiles wickedly as she does so, and then reclines back against her perch on the rafters.

Kashtheil just shook his head. "Thank you my sweet." He turned his attentions back to Foril. "My homelands... well that is a good question. I have not seen it in many, many seasons. I have spent most, of my time in this realm and most of that at the great libraries. You are one of the few Elves that I have spent much time with at all. As for spells, well I am not an offensives mage. I am what some would call defensive/utilitarian."

As there is no further directions from Kree Justin mingles with the refugees, enquiring after their health and discussing their plans.

Having finished his devotions, Luthien, however, heads to the inn. There were a few things he meant to discuss with the Commander, now that debriefs were possible.

"Commander, have you a moment?"

AS is his want when in relative safe zones, Rolf tends to seek places where he can be alone and avoid the hustle and bustle of those about.  Enjoying a few mugs of ale, hearty meals and such, he is otherwise nearby in whatever unobtrusive corners he can find.

He was certainly interested in helping these people put down the catfolk scourge, but he often misses the solitude he had given up when he arrived in the realms of Ironmound.

  Kree turns his  head  for a moment as he watches the moons  from the  Inn's  porch,..Aye  Luthien...what is on your mind?
