Re: Furman's Chain.

After a  few  Hours,  A whistle  from  Ivy, has  Kree   waving the rest of the  group into a trot.

Reaching Ivy, The group finds  him standing  , in what  would be an Empty area...but   he  uses an arrow to  point at  various spots on the Gropund. It only takes   Kree a  second or so ...Blood.... its red, so its  either Human, elven or  dwarven...but  it  could have been a game kill?

No animal  tracks, Bone, fur  and all of that...but, no bootmarks or  footprints

Kree   sighed,Then?  something  big was killed   a few  days ago, leaving the   puddles to stand through the cold  nights, before  we saw them, but  footprints  washed away.

As they group moves  along, with some haste,  Kree    looks at those in the Middle of the group. waving  Aeraynne Vix Torryn  to Him   he   Motions for the others  to keep moving , taking a small book ( that he stole from the  mayor's on Olant), he  writes  with  quill and Ink from his pack ,  , blows on the Ink until it is dry, then ties the   make shift  scroll with a   bit of  leather from his  pack.

Take this to  The Timber. go back the way we travel, Avoid  elves with top knots... Reach Thur,  got to the Docks, take to any   ship's captain  you see, and  put into your Talk,'Arrows of blood'..allow them to see your   pin.. They will take you down the Alt  River, acorss  the   Storm to the Tou river, there is a ferry, run by Goblins, they are firend of The Timber... you will ask them to lead you to Timber Home. Give this note to Krell, My father...if you  are over come, do not let the   note be found.

"Well, she came to us alone chased by a band of savages, and almost didn't make it.  Though I grant you, that's still success."   Alyna shrugged.  "It's her life, and your message. And I sure won't argue we're few for what needs to be done."

Taking advantage of the delay Miranda catches up on some rest. Waking an hour later she gives thanks to the Sisters for their blessings as she snacks on some of her Rations.

the next  4 hours  were a lightly  forced march The Last  2 hours  had the sun hitting them as the worked its way to the   edge of the sky.

Krwyn and Ivy did not   signal anything,  Kree  called out to the group...... we travel another   finger  length  of the  sun, then we  will assess what   we should do... either way we will take a  brief  rest.

he holds his   palm out, then then other hand to  set his  'time ' with the sun.

wolves  can be hear behind them, howls  drifting on the wind..

Re: Furman's Chain.

The howling of the wolves makes finding a good spot for the night a must. Krwyn treis to discern if the wolves are closing in when he sees two people coming at the flank of the group: as far as he can see a human in armor and someone looking like a gnome. He warns his companions and draws his own bow waiting to see if they are alone and if they are enemies.
If they come closer without showing agressiveness, he hails them before they reach the group, other wise he fires an arrow, missing on purpose to stop them.

Ivy stopped  and froze, almost vanishing into the  landscape  as he  drew his Bow...

Start moving  towards  Krwyn,  we will have to meet  whomever they are, regardless...may as well save some  steps...  he nocked his arrow.

Noticing the flurry of readiness of the Crimsons; he raised an arm in gesture of seeking Parley. Holding his position until he Captain Kree responded. Glancing at Dwellingup his comrade-in-arms. What thinkest Thee Dwellingup; yon action doth suggest Captain Kree hath some recent action.
