<Sidhelin elf:"I know for a fact that me and mine nad never interacted with you or yours,  so why insults ...miss elf?">

The redhead replied with forced patience to Myranda. She certainly made bad impression, thus earning contempt. He also shook his head disapprovingly upon hearing her talk of some sisters leading someones arrows.

In reply to Feyamir (msg # 982):

Myranda noted the fellows forced patients, contempt and disapproval. If you construed my enquiries as about your, bird mount insulting, why did you choose to dismiss them as you did. If your response in the first, addressed my enquiry about the creatures intellect, what outcome do you anticipate would have resulted.

Re: MOK

Orlin rolls out his skins “Oh, I like yer sisters, they seem a pretty together set of ladies, but I doubt from what I have heard of them that they are well represented by your arguments.  Judgmental they can be to seek order, but insulting to another’s friend and mount...that just doesn’t seem their style.”  He lays down and puts his hands behind his head, “now if you will excuse me I have just spent a fair amount of time letting another use my body and bleeding so arrows can live, as it worked I’m sure it was what your sisters wanted so I’m sure they wouldn’t mind me getting some shut eye.”

Re: MOK

"Sidhelin Elven:<No, when meeting strangers whom i dont have to inmediatelly fight, first introductions. Insults only when there is enmity, a common courtesy among my kin. I will remember that you and yours have human culture.>"
He replied with face as if cast off stone. Then he smirked and continued, mockingly.
"<Sidhelin Elven:Now i fine it surprising that one claiming to be an half-elf can't reckognize an Dire Eagle, so to save you some face I will now trend to my featheary vulture. >"

"Who is also going bald, according to some. Poor Swiftwing, why I have not noticed?"
Yes, he is totally mocking. Then he looked at Orlin, nodded at him and turned away from Myranda.

OOC: Totally understandable, take note that Feyamir is a wordplay on the "friendly fair folk" trope. Also a friendly warning to people who are familiar with Fey.

Myranda should expect a payback. In savage societies people are polite to avoid things like sudden swording, you know? ;)
edit: he knows that she is an elf, he insults her back now.

As for the Dire Eagle. D&D standards? It is this type of bird. Horse sized, so elf or human can ride it.

Re: MOK

Stardancer listened to the conversation and smiled a bit.  Then she blushed slightly and her smile grew softly larger She spoke in Elven, though the dialect seemed very different <"Feyamir… I think the lady was thinking a different meaning of 'bald'.  Your companion is very stately.  In some tribes, including my own if one is born to have a white face or hair blaze they are called 'pibald', or 'bald' meaning white.  From my understanding it is often common in cattle or horses if the white on their head  is wider than from eye to eye and from ears to their nostrils"> her voice was soft and kind sounding.

Re: MOK

Vizzit  called    the group to eat.  The freed  slaves  were  all  , deep into sleep. If the mageling  with the broken mind was  asleep  huddled in a blanket as the  cool, moist  desert night of the vale  crept in.

Vizzt looked at Kree  as the  Dished out  bowls of  the 'jungle rabbit' stew, with  fresh wild  carrots  and  tubers.

..you should take the   shattered Mage back to her  Arrrows in  The trace Wood..no? It would help her, to see friends..

Kree  didn't even shrug, nor shake his head, but stated , matter of factly,...As far as  anyone in the Trace Wood  knows,  her  whole team is dead..and they would be close to being right.. We take her to   the Black Timber, she will be safe... once  we   find, and clean out the traitors in the  Trace Wood   Arrows... we  will and her back to them. If  we walk in there with her, Those who sent them to thier  deaths, will know why we are there... She will die, and some of us  will die  before  we may do  some good.

..and, Good Cousin, if  the Elders  would have need of us elsewhere?

..That would be the Elder's problem.. there are a few other units out there...We are seeing this through..

Re: MOK

The firehair elf listened to Kree's comments and nodded, before twisting his head almost like owl and listening to Stardancer's words and gestures with rapt attention ... and growing surprise, that emerged on his usually cold and aloof visage breaking the mask of stoicism when various emotions flew across his thin face. Smiling a too wide smile he cracked his neck while moving the rest of his body to face young lady properly.
"You are a gift that keeps giving,  Stardancer! I did not even try to think about what hidden  meanings, if any, her comparing of my Familiar to an carrion eating vulture had."
He waved his hands randomly, before pointing at himself. And smirking.
"I wouldn't understand a cleric's, woman's or zealot's meaning anyway, I'm a sorcerer and not a Seer to understand woman, and zealots are always bad news. My experiences with clerics lead  to conclusion that keeping away is most reasonable. Sane people need no god-magic. I spoke sidhelin to be extra precise, human tongue's insults are all about mating and half confused with courtship. I dont flirt ... seduce ... desire? Not, definitively not desire misunderstandings after all."
Aparently he made an effort, just like Stardancer earlier, to speak clearly and probably overdid it. He sighed and hid his face in his palms.

OOC: Feyamir's people skills are horrible. Misunderstanding others when it isn't life/death situation will keep happening. Sorry Myranda. Infodump for Players is in OOC. Just explaining things that my elf won't hesistate to share if asked.

Re: MOK

Niphre slowly moved along the Drow's vale, a ravine of sorts which lay just outside a grassland which lay next to the great desert. She had been sent to find a man named Kree Quickshadow, and help him with his mission before continuing on to the Red Elf kingdom to kill their king.

So far, she hadn't seen anyone who fitted the description that she had been given. And then, she saw a group of people a little farther up the Vale. She continued moving slowly, after all, the element of surprise always worked in one's favor, she had been taught. If the people were friendly, she could ask them where to find the man that she was looking for. If not, she would have to fight them.

Re: MOK

Stardancers ears twitched a bit.  There was a sound that should not have been, a shift in wind flow, leaf rustling sounded off, vibration in the ground.  All very, very minute....only careful training from an early age to live in the wild  did she realize the signs.  Some one was trying to sneak into the camp.  She kept a calm visage, letting them get just a bit closer as she narrowed to where they were and if they were alone.  With a surprise move she reared and spun to face the intruder.  "Come out!  You are exposed.  You will have no other warning!" she made sure her voice was heard by the others, even those nearly asleep.  Her weapons, not drawn, but easily could be.  She made a strong stance incase the intruder decided to attack.  Her front hoof pounded the ground solidly.  Her vision now focused even in twilight at this new person.

Myranda picked up an scent carried by a light breeze which had been channelled by the ravine in the Arrows direction. Slipping closer to Kree she sniffed, then chinned in the direction the breeze had come, lightly fingering her bow suggestively.
