You might draw some.

The usual rules on magical symbols include similarity,  names, sacrifice and contagion. You cqn easily draw on all four with some thought. Magical girls, remember?

Or just blow the bomb.

Given all the buffs at our disposal I'm not particularly concerned about failing at the ritual, plus there's a mechanic now for a properly-devised ritual to itself be worth a nice bonus: short version is Shirley rolls Wits + Occult - [Desired bonus] and on a success we all get +[Desired bonus] to all rolls directly related to performing it. If we teamwork that roll it should be easy to get a +2 or even +3.

That said, I see no reason not to stack the odds as heavily in our favor as possible, so if anyone has any ideas for supplementary implements/symbols then please do mention them.

Well, I've got a character sheet up. But I don't think I've been able to replicate my original one. Still feels like there's something missing...

I'll look at it and see what I can remember once I'm on PC; for some reason whenever I try to view anyone's sheet but my own on mobile now I get a "The sheet you're looking for doesn't exist" error.

I've got my character sheet ready, but I do plan to experiment with moving some dots around. I'm almost positive this isn't the way I had it before...

I've been done for a month now.

Have any of the other three of you erased and redone the links to your sheets from your character descriptions since fixing them? Wondering if that's going to fix the error I keep getting when I try to view them.

Just now thought to Google what the problem is, apparently it's that Mobile Safari stopped liking hashtags in URLs at some point and if it sees one will drop it and everything after it. Which also explains why the extension to open a YouTube video to a specific time hasn't worked on my phone in a while. Luckily it's an easy fix, you just have to replace the hashtag with a question mark and the URL works fine. So if everyone could go into their character sheet links and replace the "#id=" with "?id=" that would be great. :)

Should we consider a reboot at this point? Zoe hasn't logged in in a month and we hit a massive wall with the crashing of Mythweavers.

I would say that seems highly unnecessary but Phlegyas hasn't been on in about two weeks either.

...Yeah, lot of stuff's different:

1. Your skill priority was definitely Social/Physical/Mental, not Physical/Social/Mental. That's kind of the big one.

2. You had Barrier Jacket, no upgrades to Kensai, and your Levinbolt had Multiple and Trickshot. I also thought you had Reflected Light but I guess not because all your other Charm dots are definitely in the right places.

3. You had Destiny 2, no Veiling, and Fighting Finesse [Swords] (that last one despite my pointing out at least twice that Area of Expertise [Swords] + Interdisciplinary Specialty [Swords] would be strictly better for you, but that's neither here nor there).

4. Your Aspirations seem different to me but I can't remember at all what they were before so I might be wrong.

Everything else looks at least more or less the same.

Thanks for looking it over. I'll make some corrections after I'm feeling up to it (I'm sick again). Her Aspirations are definitely going to be somewhat different from before, though. I can't remember the original ones at all.

I think I might do a bit of editing WRT the breaking points. I've had a chance to play it a bit and I might need a little tweaking.

Combed through the threads, dice roller, and my memories for additional reconstruction of Shirley. Conclusions:

1. I was remembering wrong about the Fighting Finesse, you definitely had Interdisciplinary Specialty and I think a second dot of White Rabbits.

2. Your Athletics was definitely 2 and your transformed Firearms and Weaponry were definitely both 2, but I'm having a hard time remembering the full spread. I kind of want to say Athletics 2/Firearms 1(+1)/Stealth 2/Weaponry 1(+1) though? Something at least close to that.

3. The social skills I'm working purely from memory on but I'm positive you had Persuasion 3, Subterfuge 3, something else at 3, and something at 2, with one of those last two being Empathy and the other being either Expression or Socialize.

4. You have three Wisps, one Willpower, and two Destiny points left.

I'm on the same wavelength: I'm working on a new aspiration to replace my original first one.

On that note, does anyone have any old Hunter PC's they'd like to see in a game again?
