That depends on a few things, like where/when the failure occurs--if you guys fail at all.

Once Stan and Brogan roll their initiatives, go ahead and post skill checks in the initiative order.  As an NPC Reynald won't be participating in this one, although he is there with you guys.

And remember, do not use the same skill as anyone else in the same round, and you cannot use the same skill twice in a row.  BE DESCRIPTIVE!!!

@Stan I've updated your sheet with Ignis.  Despite the attack bonus you'll see there, you suffered -4 penalty for ranged attack into combat (Brogan being grappled).  I rolled for you this round, and you hit with a natural 19!

Good stuff, guys, keep it up!  What are you guys planning to do in order to find Vanthus?

Stan isn't really interested enough to come up with his own ideas, beyond perhaps magical scrying (which feels unethical and would require an expensive, error-prone scroll.) Lavinia seems to not want her brother hunted down right away. Perhaps the characters will have an in character discussion about it?

Anyone interested in bringing it up in-character?
