SUGGESTION: Able to Organize games

If this has been suggested I didn't see it looking through the list.

I would really like to be able to organize threads into folders and sub folders, this way I don't have tons of pages of threads

i would maybe have a page of folders with threads that go together in the folder

To me this would go a long way to declutter my games

thanks for reading

This has been asked for before, yes.  Most recently here: link to a message in this forum

It's on the "to-do" list, with about a bazillion other requested features.

If I win this Powerball jackpot, I'm dropping some serious cash on Jase so he can take off work and get all these "to-do's" done.  ^_^

+1! Oh god that would be BRILLIANT! This would be so unbelievably useful if it was possible. Thread filtering could have done this if they had worked on archived threads.

I remember arguing for this a few years ago, but at the time the word was it would never happen because 'people would have to push more buttons' and I guess they hate that.

Glad to see that has changed, certainly +1 from me, this is something I've wanted for years.

SUGGESTION: Able to Organize games

Huh.  Here it is January 2017 and I find I'm not alone.  Having the upper level of each area in a game be a folder where topics can be posted would go a long way toward organizing things.  I've recently employed a crude work-around in my game (no shameless promotion here):  I post a notice thread with an "index page" which links to the various threads in order using RuBB Code.

Would love to see sub-boards as a feature within games.  (Yes, I understand development is currently INACTIVE ON HOLD.  If things pick back up, though... oh, yes.)

EDIT:  Oops... left out the obligatory +1.

In reply to Evil Empryss (msg # 4):

We should do an RPOL lottery ticket buy just to fund development :D

Funding isn't the issue.

No matter how much money you throw at an idea, if your only developer works on the site as a hobby, while also running his own business, then development will take time.

Well, that's why we all want to set jase up as independently wealthy.  Or send our ninjas to capture him and lock him up in an RPoL Development Chamber until he's finished coding all of our features, like Secret Lines, and Language Groups, and...

And...

Oh.  I guess... I won't be needing these ninjas after all.

Does anybody need some second-hand ninjas?  Hardly used?
