This time I need to consciously reduce the pace to once or twice a week.  We lost a number of very good players because they could not keep the aggressive pace.  Objectively, people really didn't get far.

Any strong views from the peanut gallery?

The system is like government policies, defining what is and is not possible.  I'm slogging through great background considerations for the world when what I need to understand is the mechanics.  I've had an hour to look at the materials.  I'll know more in a few days.
