NC State High Energy Physics Facility
 Location: 10 miles outside Raleigh, NC
 Notes: The NC State HEP facility was sponsored by a variety of interests which include SpecCorp and CyberCon, two local state tech firms, as well as the giants of computer industry (Apple, IBM and Microsoft), a handful of engineering concerns and several private individuals. One of the leading points in the US in researching 'exotic' physics and cutting edge technologies such as nanotech, limited bio-engineering, and the use of Monopole systems as a drive mechanism.
 They are among the few groups the UN/US will allow access to Hardarian vehicles in hopes of getting a better understanding of the underlying physic and developing a human analog. The facility also works with MIT, CalTech and several other groups to retroengineer other Hardarian systems.

 Location: Corporate Headquarters, down town Charlotte NC, various divisions located all over the southeast US.
 Notes: A security/tech firm that has contracts with several police organizations to provide 'enhanced weapon systems' for super powered encounters as well as augmented security systems to foil and counter the myriad varieties of superhuman abilities and items. Some work in computers and programing.
