Re: The Trial of Pyotr
Dobrynya sits in a finely carved chair set on the back of a wagon. He looks down at the prisoner and notices the soiled condition of his clothes with some disgust then looks at Miroslav angrily but says nothing.
He leans forward and says to Oleg and Radvila..."You Balt...ungag him and the other hold the point of your sword to his throat. If he gives reason, run him through.
Back to Pyotr..."I have ordered that you will not be gagged and will be able to speak for yourself. Do not make me regret this. I also regret that you have been kept in your own filth but there seems to be the danger of you casting some sort of spell on your jailers so I am afraid it was an evil we could not avoid."
He looks again to Miroslav..."I have heard what you have to say about this man, there will be no need to repeat it...I would now hear from others."
He looks around as if to say..."Who will be first?"
