Right now Ruse can't help you much, although he'll track your vitality with SUIT, and if something goes wrong he'll risk burnout to try and help you, but otherwise he really needs to meditate for a while.

Let the bomb explode. That'll be one less person to get in my way if I get pissed at the Conclave, or anyone really.

I have a character conspet of a God of Decay that can make big booms out of... well almost everything. (nice little power called "burnout" which turns anything with a high potential energy and makes it go BOOM" so the more gun-power you bring... the bigger I make you go boom).

The cave serves multiple purposes actually. Also, Ruse would help you in person if not for the fact thathis ass is on the line in sooooooooooo many ways as far as the conclave is concerned. That's why he has to play his cards smart and help you from afar, as a mysterious benevolent force.

Since it's not your own realm, what is stopping you from simply using a portal to get yourself out of there and let the bomb go boom? Having someone else's realm wrecked is probably preferable to having a nuke blow up in your face AND having the realm wrecked. :P

So there are many reasons why Ruse has to appear not to be involved, at least from his perspective.

If it continues like this, Aesin might just become proof that being good is just as bad for your health as being evil in this type of game. But then again, he is technically not on my side so I wouldn't care about that...

Also remember that nuking your own realm now saves me the bother of having to utterly destroy it myself at some later point in time so I would greatly appreciate it... >:D

I'm strongly considering flying over there and portaling the nuke to your realm, lol!

Actually, I was intent on doing that in the future. I figured that you'd disable the nuke now and attempt to set it off in my realm if the 'invasion' failed, at which point I would simply pick it up and dump it into your realm again. :P

But of course, there is no way you could "intend" anything though, since you have no idea about the invasion plans in-game, the nuke, or anything happening in The Valley of Mist for that matter. :P

I'm not sure that Ruse would want to set a nuke off on anyone though, unless it was extremely bad or the situation was desperate. If you submit to incarceration, he certainly won't nuke you.

For Chalybis, it would be more a case of 'I don't want a strange uranium-based object with a countdown on it in my realm, you can have it back.' rather than an actual 'plan' made in advance, but the effect would be the same. Presuming I wouldn't try to dispose of it in other ways.

And I assure you that Chalybis does not appreciate or tolerate intruders this time around, especially not if they intend to evict him from his realm again. Fortunately, it does not appear as if you will be capable of doing much about it in the first place... :P

Who knows Chalybis, who knows? :P

Ruse is fairly harmless, although Max has some decent fighting skills I think.
