(Ruse) The Valley of Mist

The Valley of Mist is covered in perpetual mists, clouds, and foggy vapors of various kinds and of various thicknesses. Ruse, as well as the Mistella, are not impeded by this one bit, but for other things the mist can prove to be treacherous depending on the location and terrain. Nearly every inch of the entire godrealm is steeped in mist.

The central province overlooked by a blue tower made of an unknown material. The aesthetic archetecture of the Mistella surrounds this tower (at a respectful distance of course), its buildings being a combination of ancient Greek, Persian, and Elven designs that incorporates a lot of stone and crystals, and is always pleasing to the eye. There are many lakes and rivers, which also give off a perpetual mist. Despite the thick mist, certain types of plantlife can still grow healthily, and the mistella are rarely in danger of starvation.

The other provinces are shrouded in mist...what secrets do they hold?

A gorgeous, sensuous and graceful people, the Mistella appear to be human-like, but have very pale blue skin and hair that ranges from pure white or silver to a dark blue. They are graceful and dexterous, rivaling elves in their grace and wit. They can naturally see through mist and fog (except their god's unless attuned), and are as intelligent as they are graceful. Their fighting style favors a quick and agile melee form or a precise ranged one, and they are well known for their fantastic and aesthetically pleasing archetecture (which tends to incorporate crystals and other things too) and fine craftsmanship.

Several Mistella acting in concert can cause existing mists to thicken into billowing clouds, and a group of at least ten working in concert can actually summon mist, although it takes many working together to call up something even near Ruse's own mist calling abilities. When fighting in misty banks, the Mistella are extremely dangerous since they often can see their enemy throught he mists, but not the other way around. They favor hit and run tactics in situatins like these, decimating armies many times their size. When pushed back to their fortified cities though, they switch to highly efficient and strategic tactics and technologies/magics.
