AESIN has been tasked with a MISSION (TERMINATION) in which he is to kill an EARTHBORN HUMAN wanderer, monk, techno-psychic, and religious preacher.

An assessment of AESIN'S abilities has been made, and he is found with (ADEQUATE) anti-psychic abilities and (EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE) fighting skills. Thus he is considered suitable for the job. The EARTHBORN is a citizen of the EARTH TERRITORIES and thus this OPERATION might seem a little illicit. This cannot be further than the TRUTH. This monk is a traitor to the SACRED CONCLAVE OF ODIN in ways the EARTHBORN cannot understand, and thus must be TERMINATED silently. Any witness should be killed, bribed, silenced..

The monk was last seen PREACHING his faith in a DIVINE REALM known as the VALLEY OF MIST. It is owned and run by a GOD named RUSE, or more specifically, BROWN NEOACADEM RUSE THE FIRST OF THE BALANCED VALLEY OF MIST, ZEALOUS GOD AND FRAGILE DABBLER OF MIST, AGGRESSIVE ASSOCIATE TO THE CONCLAVE. He is a member of the CONCLAVE and while he should be silenced he should not be HARMED. He has a variety of MIST-BASED POWERS.

(We SUSPECT RUSE to have access to PSIONIC ABILITIES, but this cannot be PROVEN as yet. Be careful.)

The monk DOES have access to LEGAL PSYCHIC ABILITIES as granted by the EARTHBORN TERRITORIES PRECOG TABLE as passed in the HANDS OF ODIN. He can READ MINDS and PLANT SUBLIMINAL SUGGESTIONS but might have taken ILLEGAL MODIFICATIONS in order to access more advanced TELEPATHIC ABILITIES. He DOES access some form - or more than one form - of EARTHBORN WEAPONS, reputedly a FIREARM REVOLVER. He might possibly own a POCKET NUKE or HANDTHRAX.

I have encountered a problem while in pursuit of the fugitive. He has managed to get to the Earthborn Territories and my progress has been stopped by the guards of the Territories. Awaiting further instruction.

I have disarmed the immediate threat, a ticking bomb. It was relatively harmless - the real threat is a pocket nuke strapped to an ancient being. It seems as though the bomb on the timer was going to be the trigger for the nuke. The immediate threat is over, however the nuke is still active but does not seem to have its own means to detonate itself.

I would like to request information on RUSE, God of Mist. Our connection recently warrants such. Upon the Conclaves warning of Ruse suspected psionic, i was sure to be skeptic of all psychic communication. During the previous mission i was in psychic communication with "Mist Spirits". By all means their identity could be as such, but i would like to investigate further.

Also, information on CHALYBIS, God of Industry is requested.

INFORMATION ON RUSE

RUSE is a DIVINE working in the domain of MIST.
His relations with the CONCLAVE are at an ASSOCIATE LEVEL (AGGRESSIVE).
In the STANDARD CONCLAVE SYSTEM OF DIVINITY he is considered to be at a PURJOPIARRE level.
He is mediocre at COMBAT and SORCERY but can be said to excel in STEALTH-BASED operations.
He dwells in the VALLEY OF MIST and his people are the MISTELLA, a BEAUTIFUL species of humanoids.
EARTHBORN SPIKE SCANS reveal a handful of psychics in your META-DISTRICT; Ruse, simply for his STEALTH-BASED strategies and NEUTRAL PSYCHOLOGICAL SCAN is considered an UNLIKELY SUSPECT.

It is clear that the evidence is not prominent yet. I will investigate this matter further. His stealth based powers may prove to be an obstacle of uncovering evidence against him. However i will be vigilant.
