(Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Aldith is an island with 11 mountains surrounding it, and a small beach In the centre of the island is a larger mountain, in which the people live inside the cavern carved out of the mountainside. Forests are everywhere except on the road from the beach to the city, Aldith, and there is one lake on the north-western side of the island.

The people look similar to their lord, except more humane. They always know what the time is, no matter where they are, and always look for the fastest way to do things. They generally have white hair, and the females are slim. The males all do a year of service at the High Priest's Temple, followed by a year of Militaristic Service. They are able to craft watches.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Xellos' eyes fluttered open, as he regained awakedness. He appeared to be in some sort of cavern, below some large crystalised stalagtites. The godling yawned, and rose from the ground, and looked around to gather his surroundings.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Xellos found he was on the tiny, gravel-strewn beachhead of Aldith. Trees were to his left and right and southward points; to the north was the ocean.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Xellos stood up and stretched his tight muscles, and began to trudge down the path to the north. He felt slightly cold, but that was probably just the ocean wind. Xellos' hand is on his sword just in case there is trouble.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

There was no trouble, and soon he was within the walls of Aldith City. There was no one about. It was if they had all vanished, as if all his people had disappeared.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Xellos frowned, and called out. Hello? Is anyone around? he yelled, while continuing to walk through the streets of the city.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

It seemed no one was around. There was one strange thing about Aldith though.. there was a building, to the far north, which seemed utterly alien - a great tower made of sandstone.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Xellos, taking his time, strolled over to the strange building. His hand was still on the pommel of his sword, in case of danger.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

The doors to the temple - yes, Xellos recognized it as a temple of some sort - were locked.

Re: (Xellos) The Lesser Aldith

Xellos attempted to kick the door open. If that doesn't work, he looks for an alternative way in - but if it does work, he strolls in.
