Re: RP PUBLIC/FREE: Conclave Free Channel

Due to an unprovoked terrorist attack on the Hall of the Sun, all casual Conclave inquiries should be made either to your local Low Lord or through the Free Channel. Inner Conclave business can be dealt with as normal within the Inner Halls. In addition, anyone with any knowledge regarding Osiris-Ra, his Cult, Sura Al'Amun, the gong that sings the song that will kill the earth, the Legion of the Starving Eye, Desolace, etc, etc, is ordered to give any and all information to their nearest Conclave officials. FULL AMNESTY FOR NON-MAD CRIMINALS - OUTLAWS - IS OFFERED FOR THOSE WITH KNOWLEDGE. A pardon in return for useful knowledge.

Do not panic. The stocks may have fallen, but they will return. They will be regulated and nursed back to health. For now, the Conclave suggests you spend as many Conclave Stones within the Market as possible - everything, under Conclave law, is now under a twenty percent discount. The flow of money is vital to maintain. Hold off buying regulated items - uranium, living metal, oil, etc. - until the crash has ceased.

It is important not to panic.

Re: RP PUBLIC/FREE: Conclave Free Channel

In response to Anik, God of Craft:

The Conclave is intrigued by these ideas. Please restate them in your Conclave Channel, and they will be discussed them further.

A cost of two Conclave Stones has been incurred by Max, God of Fantasy and Adventure:

From the Markets of Nicodemus:

There are four types of SUIT that you can purchase from the Markets of Nicodemus. They may only be used by Earthborn, or Conclave Associates (and higher).

The SUIT is the most popular design, and the original, placing efficiency and ease of usability above special function - though jacking, energy shielding, encryption, gene-storing and other functions are pretty much a standard. Prices for the latest SUIT are at about 6,000CS.

The NABOHAR is designed to help the Earthborn telepath, and has several functions to enable ease of drawing and other psychic abilities. In addition, it has all the functions of a standard SUIT, and much higher security levels - including an anti-telepath protocol which has made it immensely popular among Conclave Earthborn. Prices for the latest NABOHAR are at about 9,000CS.

The SONY-DISNEY FIRM-SUIT is a primarily entertainment-SUIT, with hologlyphic software, firmnet access, and matrix protocols included. It is an extremely popular choice for young Earthborn, but while it has most of the normal functions of a SUIT it suffers from a lack of jacking protocols and security measures. Prices for the latest SONY-DISNEY FIRM-SUIT range from 3,000CS to 16,000CS depending on model and power - the higher-end SUITs also contain matrix warping fields which allows one to throw pixelshadow illusions.

The GOOGLETECHIA ZOOT is the latest SUIT type, and is built around experimental use of firmnet - but basic hologlyphic and matrix protocols are included. It contains all of the standard protocols, and contains many extras, including googletechia.maps and their immense search engine. Security is extremely high, encryptian-rates daily, and information bounces are the finest and fastest. The ZOOT is available for 25,000CS.

A cost of six Conclave Stones has been incurred by Reiuji, Goddess of Energy:

(1) An official request must be applied within the Hall of the Sun, or given to a Local Enforcement Hound of one the Meta-Districts. It will then be reviewed.

(2) The Shrine of Isuban, located in Niborkerese, are an extremely dangerous cult of assassins and thieves who desire the death of the Cult of Osiris-Ra and the Conclave. They are difficult to pin down, and only three Isubanites have ever been caught in the Conclave's history. They worship Isuban, one-time disciple of Osiris-Ra, and are known for their extremely subtle methods.

(3) Bounty list:

1. The Masked Lord, Ruler of the Shrine, 76,000CS
2. No other bounties issued. The corpse of an Isubanite is worth fifteen thousand CS.

A cost of two Conclave Stones has been incurred by Desafon, God of Piracy and Dueling:

From the Higher Enforcement:

A bounty of two hundred and fifty (plus more if the Cultists are higher-bountied) Conclave Stones will be given for each Cultist symbol of Osiris-Ra you take.

Re: RP PUBLIC/FREE: Conclave Free Channel

A cost of two Conclave Stones has been incurred by Crailek, God of Shadows:

After Crailek forsook the Mad Gods and threw his lot in with Metatron the Highest, there was a time of piece in which he led the Inquisitorial Hammer and built the Tower of Crailek, guided by Msonus and Anik. After, however, he left the Realm Supernatural to fight the Mad Gods abroad.. and returned, it is said, de-powered, many years later in the Age of Leagues. At that stage he had a falling out with Metatron and promptly disappeared once more..

A cost of two Conclave Stones has been incurred by Desafon, God of Piracy and Duels:

Have you considered fighting it?

Desafon, unfortunately, is not a member of the Conclave and as such is not eligible for our assistance. He might, however, hire mercenaries from the Market.

Re: RP PUBLIC/FREE: Conclave Free Channel

A cost of two Conclave Stones has been incurred by Hirsu, God of Life:

Please answer the questions truthfully.

1. What is your full name and the name of your Realm?

2. Have you, or do you plan to, committed a crime against the Conclave?

3. Are you adverse to an oathsword?

4. Are you willing to have a Conclave official come to your Realm and assist you?

A cost of six Conclave Stones has been incurred by Anik, God of Craft:

1. Earth, known to Yggdrasildic Scholars as the Realm Mundane, was a low-frequency world that was intimately linked with the Realm Supernatural. It did not have a single Realm system, instead being composed of many different 'ley-lines', linked together and immovable. Earthborn hail from Earth, and it is unusual in that it has a pseudo-astrosphere as opposed to, say, the Void or something similar. Unfortunately, with the Fall of Earth, many Earthborn - and a handful of major cities - were 'dropped' into the Realm Supernatural, resulting in the devastation of Earth, now classified as a Broken World by Geotonomancer and Yggdrasildic authorities.

2. Mundane has a time-stream that is relatively static compared to the Supernatural's, and is also much slower. Earthborn were allegedly descended from primates in forced evolution, and had many distinct primitive cultures that drew inspiration from the overmythology of the Realm Supernatural. This finally culminated in the renaissance, and the advent of science, from which modern humanity came - steeped in science and technology, within five hundred years they became the most advanced species (besides, save, the Systemarchs) upon Yggdrasil. They pioneered nanotechnology, free energy, combustion technology, 'modern' engineering, and much more. When Earth fell they were in the process of installing a full solar-panel system upon 'Mercury', a planet in their pseudo-astrosphere closest to their sun, in which to harvest energy. They'd also colonized much of their solar system. The Fall was devastating to their plans and to their pride, but forced innovation in the fields of quantum engineering, strange energies, paraneuromodification, and dimensional theory.

3. Earthborn are a Type 1 member of the Conclave, and their domain is the Earthborn Territories.

Conclave, please allow me to assist the conclave with Hirsu's oath swearing.

He is a part of my meta-district and is thus under my jurisdiction anyway, but more importantly Raelis is busy with Max and other missions, and I have a feeling that Aesin is ah...buried up to his head in work and otherwise unavailable as well. Please allow me to oversee his progress for you, so that you can conserve your resources and focus on our restoration.

I am just coming back to my realm too, so I will be available to meet with him right away either in my realm or his. A callisti or other conclave agent can join us and present him his oath blade while I oversee the proceedings, or I can even pick one up in the Divine Valley, paradox it over to my other self, and swear him in myself. Whatever is more convenient for you, my Conclave.

Re: RP PUBLIC/FREE: Conclave Free Channel

RECENT CHANGES IN VALLEY SECURITY

Several steps have been taken in reinforcing the Valley's level of security. As this is the major bastion of the might of the Conclave, it is vital that we all pool together and protect what is ours. Any Complaints, concerns or suggestions may be directed towards a representative at the Hall of the Sun or your nearest Low Lord.

They are as such:

1. Ostensibly, Low Lords have been given advanced oathblade permissions. They may now force any non-Associate member who they feel is under suspicion of treason or similar crimes to take an oathblade. These oathblades may be specially programmed for certain situations, and Low Lords are encouraged to order them for their own purposes. In addition, oathblades will tRigger automatically once a non-approved theoelectromagnetic shift occurs, and any planned shifts must be approved by a Low Lord and programmed into the oathblade.

2. During (and after) a full review of the current knowledge the Conclave has on the Cult of Osiris-Ra and our other enemies, the Conclave has considered the Sphere of Gh'zaar to be redundant in the current climate. It will thus be removed from the center of the Hall of the Sun, and over the next few moons the current level of technology will rise exponentially. All Conclave-soldiers will have their standard Mark Muskets removed, to be replaced with standard Earthborn semi-automatic weapons, grenades, vibration-blades and full-SUITs. The Callisti in combination with a particular Systemarch and hundreds of years of Earthborn robotics technology have also created several hundred 'Silver Shamblers', Callisti-powered suits that will be monitoring the Valley at all times. They will each be equipped with diamond-rails, automatic weapons, explosive projectiles, certain laser capabilities, and so forth. Computers are already being installed in the heavier areas of the Valley, and administration will soon become an entirely digital affair.

3. Immediately, the Hall of the Sun has reopened, having been recreated using something much sturdier than glass. In addition, as per the advancements of (2), full-system machines have been installed within the Hall, making administration a much faster and more convenient affair. The Hall will be guarded at all times.

4. Never feAr! Pillars of Anik wIll be installed at every entrance into the Valley, and at certain major points within. They are identifiable by the low-frequency hum they emit, as well as by their distinctive grey-stone appearance. The entire Valley will be covered in their field, with subtle colours appearing around all who enter and work in the Valley. Colours will reflect species, emotions, intent, and rank within the Conclave. These will be read, at fist, by specially trained Conclave-empaths, but soon the field will be strengthened to the point where the colours will become immediately obvious.

5. Recently instated, there is a free bounty on any information regarding suspicious behavior. If you see anything that you might consider suspicious, make sure you see your local Low Lord. High prices will be paid for such information.

6. Employing: three points within the ValLey have been shut down, as major construction begins. These will eventually form the Three Guns of Vajk, the greatest defense that the Valley will have seen. Unless you wish to assist the creation of such weapons - in which case you should seek the Hall of the Sun, and all craftsmen, weapons experts, and designers are encouraged to apply - please do not enter these areas, are they are currently extremely dangerous due to the volatile nature of the technology used.

7. The Drachenorden have been fully recommissioned, refunded and are now recruiting. If you believe you have what it takes to join, apply within the Hall of the Sun.

8. Understanding is vital for High Lords - each and every High Lord must take classes on certain subjects that have recently been ignored, lest the High Lord lose their permission: at the Tower of Babilu, classes in Theoelectromagnetic Theory, Msonism, Cultism, Yggdrasildic Lore and Demonology will be given. All High Lords must also be at least semi-capable in combat.

9. REvision and addition to this list of changes may occur at any time.

10. No punishment will be given to ex-Cultists who wish to betray their Cult and provide information for the scrutiny and use of the Conclave. Certain conditions apply, but a general amnesty has been placed by Councilman Lictros.

11. Sorcerers of an eighth-level AlKanite level (fifth or higher Degree) must be registered with the Tower of Babilu.

Re: RP PUBLIC/FREE: Conclave Free Channel

The qualifications for attaining Low Lordship are as thus:

1. The Callisti Oath of the Conclave must be taken.
2. If an Associate with the Conclave, <t>two</i> missions must be successfully taken if oathbladed to be considered for promotion, or only one if the Associate has taken the Callisti Oath. Considerations may be taken for special or nonstandard work.
3. If not an Associate of the Conclave, and with an theoelectromagnetic field of at least four blips on an EB-TEM reader - Hallowed Leord - automatic qualification for Low Lordship may be offered, depending on certain skills and traits that the applicant may possess. Non-standard abilities almost guarantee this.

Reading your basic statistics, Affiliate Pitcarn, you qualify for Low Lordship.

Five Conclave Stones have been deducted for this service.
