Re: OOC IV: The Goblet of Ire

Yo Max the shield isn't 100% approved I'll give you specs in a bit.

Never mind! I'll PM you, and I'll edit my post to say I whispered something to you.

Oh and in addition, you do realize I already bet my people... though I don't intend to lose the bet, I still put them on the line. Its the land I care more about than the people, but I do care about them. I want them to relax though... they've lived through enough turmoil they deserve the small paradise they have.

Besides I will begin using them as soul-energy for my projects soon.

Aye, they'll give you give up their lives to serve ye. After all, what greater honor for them than to be transformed into a work of art?

Huh. I didn't think anyone had the chutzpah to complete a trade of goods at a funeral. Conversation is one thing, even challenges, but outright trade? That can wait until the funeral is over, or the gods can go anywhere else to do what they need to do. Outright disrespectful of the dead.

Or a sign of respect. It could be said that the successful trade agreement was blessed by the deceased, or something...

Thats another reason I just gave it to her instead, besides it took less than a minute to finish and give. As far as they know it was a present.

Max... I think Ruse just made your day in the funeral. Now you just need to find if he's a pedophile as well :P

In reply to Purjopiarre Hirsu the First, Zealous God of Life (msg #37):

You do realize that trade of goods was for me to obtain an item intended to be used in a battle against one of the gods responsible for the death of the deceased?

EDIT: RUSE! How DARE you date another man while I, the Heroine, secretly have a crush on you!?

Meh. Just saying, a lot of people would get offended at that. Like starting a fight, hawking wares at a funeral is somewhat unclassy, IMO. How you choose to rationalize it is your business.

Hey you snooze you lose! Wyrn hit on him first.

Plus, Ruse isn't absolutely monagamous either. He forms harems of either gender around himself, lol. :)

So the good news is that this means that your plans for romance still are quite viable. Even if Ruse ends up linking up with several gods chained cult style, the system as well as Ruse cams upport such things.

But it looks like wyrn might be your rival in love. ^_^

Our wedding will be very, very special.. remember?

If I have to assassinate a Councilman to win your heart, I WILL DO SO.

Wait.. this gives me a chance to bitch at Wyrn! ^_^

I'd much rather you take out Lictros. Ruse may be able to use Wyrn in many ways, and possibly even establish a genuine ally.

Plus, I'd much rather you two vie for Ruse's attention than just kill one another. It's much more entertaining to be fought over, and both me as a player and Ruse love being fought over. :)

Re: OOC IV: The Goblet of Ire

Of course I'll kill Lictros! ^_^ With you, Wyrn's and Roid's help of course.

Also, I just came back from the future, and I have a chance to fix a lot of mistakes I made ^_^ I mean, it could've been better and I could have gone a bit farther back, but this is a crisis/catalyst point of sorts so I was sent back here.. somehow.

I'm going to dinner with my family tonight, and tomorrow I'm going to ask out Kasey and apologizing to a number of people for my recent behavior tomorrow. If I do it right, I can pass all my classes this semester, then ace them all next semester, which will lead to me being able to get into college, which will change so, so many things..

So, today I need to do my Vocab+Articles in Science, Write up the entire History Day project (we had three months to work on it.) and the Tourism project in World Studies, flesh out the poem for English, write seventeen sentences in japanese, and study for the Math final which I MUST ace in order to pass (if you ace it, no matter what your grade is, you pass)

If I can do all this, I can change my future DRASTICALLY.

God help me.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't think I'm going to be able to focus enough on trying to make my game (for the contest). I'll keep doing whatever I can in my head and see what I can do, but if it isn't done by the due date it won't be done.

Re: OOC IV: The Goblet of Ire

We will judge all submissions by what we receive by the cut off date. It isn't that points will be deducted so much as they may not be able to be completely scored. But you will still gain something just for participating, as long as the entry shows at least a decent effort. If we feel someone submitted a piece of crap just to get a title, we'll throw it out. Out otherwise your effort - if sincere - will be acknowledged one way or the other. Who knows, you may just win the competition!
