Strange Bounties

Fliers, notices, private and public messages, word of mouth: there is a highly fascinating and only semi-legal rumour circling the Realm Supernatural at the moment. The mysterious leader of the mercenary/bounty hunting organization, the Swords of the Brightest Star, of which incredibly little of known, is has publicly begun an incredibly pervasive intelligence campaign in order to publicize two bounties they have posted:

The first: High Lord Ruse of the Valley of Mist, Divine of Mist, has a bounty equal to ONE MILLION CONCLAVE STONES for any and every successful death, with further deaths being risen at hundred thousand Conclave Stone intervals.

The second: Low Lord Pitcarn of Bilbligh, Divine of Food, has a bounty equal to ONE MILLION CONCLAVE STONES for any and every successful death, with further deaths being risen at hundred thousand Conclave Stone intervals.

There is sufficient doubt as to whether or not the two million plus Conclave Stones are even held in the possession of the Swords, and their middle agent has clarified by stating that they will be paid with a combination of hard Stones and Niborkeresian coinage.

The exact reasons for the bounties are unclear, and both Pitcarn and Ruse are protected under Conclave Law. Nevertheless, Conclave cult expert Deliah Sorn states that she believes the offer to be legitimate. She mentions that she has been waiting for the Swords to act as a bounty hub for a very long while now, and is only surprised as to the bounties themselves and to their reasons as to why, now, they've finally made a presence.

The Magical Tide Returns

It seems as if the magical void created by the destruction of Alkan has enter a state of hyper-efficiency. Magical operations now count as being two full grades higher than the grade of effort achieved: caution is suggested for those intending on sorcery. Balance, it is estimated, will return in a few months. Thank you for your caution, and any questions may be directed towards Babilu.

The Strangest Star

Hyper-astronomers have reported a strange anomaly in the stars. It seems that a comet of some size, from within the Outer Void, is headed on a collision course with Yggdrasil, the World-Tree. Operation CHARTING, headed by Lady Councilman Braenesoth, will work to anticipate where exactly the star will land and what affect it will have on Yggdrasil. This is in conjunction with Operation GATLING, led by Councilman Vajk, who will prepare military parties, and Operation FIFTY-ONE, who will prepare intelligence and spywork involved. Many sub-PROJECTS are also involved. If you are a High Lord interested in extrauniversal or Void Work, then please approach one of these High Lords. All involved in either Operation SHATTERHORN, Operation EMBALMER'S REACH - unless explicitly told otherwise by an authority higher than themselves - are to be transferred to Operation GATLING and Operation CHARTING. Furthermore, various members might be funneled into Operation CRAZYBAT, overseen in conjunction by Councilmen Wyrn, Vajk, Lharazed, Braenesoth and EQUILIBRIUM (making it the largest Operation ever conceived). You will be informed if you are to join the staff of CRAZYBAT.

Nibokerese

Recent rumors of high levels of deaths amongst our agents in Nibokerese are completely unfounded.  Anyone found guilty of spreading these rumors will be treated to a Grade I trial.

Tushhutmut badly damaged

It has now been confirmed by Conclave intelligences that the Mad God Chalybis has severely damaged the city of Tushhutmut following the plan of L.H.C Wyrn to turn our enemies against each other.  Congratulations to the councilor for his clever and farsightful planning.

War Medals of Alkan

Those Gods who played a vital role in the Battle of Alkan are to receive certain honours for their services and are invited to see H. Councilman Vajk at the Hall of the Sun:

Any being found breaking these laws will be persecuted in a Grade M trial and will not be allowed to plead their defense. They are considered Mad Gods and under the influence of the Old Ones even if no evidence is actually presented.

Visit Niborkerese, Rogue City.

Trade in Souls that are not their own.

Speak negatively about the Conclave. That would be rude.

Enter the Chapel of Methodes or the Inner Hall of the Sun without proper credentials.

Claim oneself to be an Isubanite.

Be a recreational or habitual user of Marcento Narcotics.

Fraternize with or communicate with Marcento in any way, shape or form.

Harm a Conclave-sanctioned being from another world.

Trade in blackmarket goods.

Any being found breaking these laws will be persecuted in a Grade I trial. If found guilty they will be sentenced to time in the Bleak Prison for a period corresponding to their crime.

Staring at any of the Ten Towers for more than fifteen seconds.

Thinking about committing a crime.

Engaging in interspecies sexual relations, except if it is between a Divine and his People or a Systemarch and his Dhaal.
