I've opened this thread so everyone can post what their characters are training towards.  It's okay to have more than one field that you're training, but do list your priorities.

As I haven't given out XP yet (at least not since this game has come to rpol), there is a fair amount coming.

Note that I do require some time spent to learn new skills, but that can be offset with XP expenditures.  So, for instance, we have a few PCs interested in learning Pilot (windship), which requires 10 weeks of training.  Some (but not all) of that training time can be offset by expending earned XP.

Wraith was interested in learning swordsmanship from Kolarios, so I'm sure he's practices his parrying and ripostes whenever he gets the opportunity.

She'll be working on Conveyance to help the ship run more smoothly.

Kar will probably split his time between sparring with Wraith and Kolarios, and acting as sentinel in the nest. So, guard and duar weapon profs should be appropriate. Once we are moored, he'll begin seeking out materials to make a cache of bolts for his crossbow, or any other requests from the crew. So that would be scout and weaponer. I'll decide on XP expenditures when I see my balance ;-).

If possible, Aalistair will work on improving his existing skills - mainly Staff and Tracking.

I have to check the rulebook, for I can't recall if swordsmanship is a skill or a racial advantage.  I think I think Wraith will instead work on training piloting, his magical modes, and his longsword skill.

Kolarios will spend the time training Wraith to gain insight into his own swordsmanship.

Aeletheros will be working on training his Attack Mode and Longbow...

XP will be coming shortly!  Please update in this thread which skills have been your character's focus for training.

Attack Mode and Longbow are still on the plate for training. I will likely put XP elsewhere if he has it.

Yeah, keep me at Staff for now (tracking is probably on hold as I'm not sure how to train it whilst on the windship). Maybe up the Conveyance (windship) some since he's working as the Quartermaster?

Wraith would like to hone his swordsmanship, piloting, and, probably, his Attack mode.

Rammid has been working on his piloting skills as well as his axe.

Mirna will continue to work on her weapons skills, as equally as possible (No one minds archery practice on deck, do they? ;) ). She will also try to listen to/chat with Aeletheros as much as possible to try and understand his accent better.
