Re: The Dark Cadre's Lair.

A funeral home with its own crematorium in downtown Weston. Currently there is evil power emanating from the basement.

Re: The Dark Cadre's Lair.

Ozzy entered the funeral home, shifting down to human form so that he could fit inside the building. If the magic emanating from this place was any indication, he'd need his ability to dodge more than his ability to take punishment. After all, a death spell generally didn't care HOW tough you were.

Re: The Dark Cadre's Lair.

Clarissa shifted to her own 'natural' form now, the catgirl one, so she had her claws, and could cling to the walls if she needed to.  She said softly "Don't hesitate to draw if you need it."

Re: The Dark Cadre's Lair.

Ozzy nodded and replied, "Don't worry, love, I won't. Just... be careful, okay? And promise me something. If I tell you to run, you run, okay? If I end up NEEDING my big form, I'm probably gonna end up doing a lot of collateral damage. And if I can't fight without worrying about you getting smashed by falling rubble, I might hesitate too long, okay?"
