A run down apartment building. CHeap though.

In a run down building the man known only as psychadelic stood over a sink letting his blood drain into a large bowl. The blood was not red but actually yellow but it was no doubt coming from the large gash in his arm. After the bowl had been considerably filled he bandaged his arm and brought the bowl over to a table where he began filling the blood into syringes.

Lex sat at the edge of his bed on the 8th story of the oh-so-fabulous Sutra Apartment building.  With a power like his, it just didn't make sense to live anywhere that people would really care if it crumbled to the ground.

He sighed to himself, and clenched his fist.  A low rumble emanated from the Earth far beneath him.  A moment after the rumble, the walls shook, though no more than they would if a large truck were to drive by.

After filling the syringes with his own blood the man takes a few and heads out the door an down the hall.

Lex was going to be late if he didn't hurry up.  He stood up from his bed, went to the bathroom, splashed some water on his face, combed his hair, brushed his teeth, grabbed some coffee and hurried out the door.

He promptly ran into another building tenant, spilling his coffee everywhere.  "$#@%!  Sorry, pal!" he said embarrassedly, to the other man who he ran into.
