Re: OOC

Let's keep exploring, guys.  Welcome, new folks!  Sorry for my absence.  I have a terrible habit of letting my work distract me, and the longer it goes on, the harder it is to log in.  =(

Good to have you back. The final area may become a little weird, so keep your eyes open!

You can, of course, check where ever you like.

Please consider the roll I posted as checking around the building the boy was in for fresh tracks within the last 24 hours.

Re: OOC

Would each of you agree about this situation.
The draconians are prisoners.
They are shackled to the wall of a cell the door to this being broken by our Monk.
There is a discussion about what to do with them. Hold them for trial, enslave them were raised by party members
Are the Free Peoples still at war with them if so aren't Draconians are enemies os the state?

Re: OOC

The war is over.
There are two cells and there are draconians shackled in both of them.

Re: OOC

We can have this discussion in-game, but if these guys were taken prisoners, Olven would vote for either ransoming them back to their army or keeping them as slaves.

It would be far easier to just kill them, of course. As a mercenary, though, Olven will not kill mercenaries employed by other sides unless he must in combat.

Who among us can be a torch-bearer?  Olven has 3 torches.

Re: OOC

D'aden had a lantern, but that's not a good source if you're going to walk around in hostile tunnels.

Re: OOC

Angharad's carrying a bow. I don't think those two would mix well. Now if someone wanted to light up the top of her bow...that'd be fine.

Re: OOC

I can carry a lantern (assuming it does not interfere with my ability to cast spells).

If it does, I could ask Utrecht to carry it.

Ochre doesn't really need light to tell us if there's anything dangerous nearby.

So Roisin, is one torch/lantern carrier. And so far there seems to be no other.

Olven typically fights with his spear and shield, but he can go without the shield if he needs to.

I am aware. I was just adding up the volunteers. If the group decides to change that, we can do it at that time.

Re: OOC

Do either Rolsin or Anghard have Light spell? If not Grettanah could cast one on a warriors helmet. However the question of lighting hasn't been raised IC.

IC I stated I do not know light magic.
If I did I might use that instead of my lantern :-)

Apology assumed that Roisin was still back with the Draconian Prisoners in the cells which are some distance from her.

Re: OOC

I brought up the light issue OOC for a couple of reason. The most important one was to find out who already had a light on. As the area beyond the door isn't lit. Finding out what light sources were available and who were willing to use them was of secondary importance.

And it seems that no one had a light active, so that's something you will have to do something about IC.

D'aden Tor VIII I'd suspect that letting other characters your thoughts before rushing off and possibly putting us all at risk, by not giving us a heads up.
