It didn’t take Handar quite two hours to return home. If one could call it that. A bed in a hall with many other beds. The only privacy was that you provided yourself. And after a year in this place, some tried to provide some semblance of privacy with screens of various sorts and locked chests for their possessions, not that any thefts had been reported, even from those that did not lock up their things. But then they wouldn’t have anything to steal anyway. It was a less than inspirational place to live and none of the other four lived here.

Handar is in the fortunate position of being at the end of the hall; the person next to him has set up a screen with some rope and a bed sheet, so he is also able to undress in some semblance of privacy.  Once he has done so, he climbs into bed and goes to sleep.

Handar slept through the night and awoke rested.
