I've focused on archiving threads that had the fewest crossovers -- where possible, copying material from a short thread into an an appropriate place in a longer thread by editing a GM post, then (a) simply deleting the shorter thread and (b) archiving the combined thread into a .pdf on Dropbox.  There are a few more where this should be relatively simple (combining the prior versions of Jonathan into Mobley's first thread, and Kellendil's standalone thread back into Donato's.

But after that (which should get us back below 10,000), things get more complicated.
