No, this is not a Judge Dredd game.

This is a Villains & Vigilantes superhero game in which the various players will be operating more-or-less on their own. Think of it as a collection of solo adventures all in the same game.

Of course, we might have some cross overs from time to time or maybe even a big hero team up if a particularly big bad guy shows up in town, but most of the time it will be each hero with his or her own adventures.
