Journey to The Forgotten Lands.
Ripped from Introduction:
In the far flung regions of Norasea, a hidden evil sleeps. A long time ago, the beast's soul was torn apart by the Heroes of Old. Each of them retreated to a corner of the land, and guarded the soul fragment until their dying days. Now, however, a powerful warlock seeks to reanimate the evil, and it's up to you to stop him...

This is my first game (here anyway) so it'll be pretty basic. I'll just use simple d20 as a basis, all info coming from d20srd.org. This is designed for four players.

Journey to The Forgotten Lands.
From one GM to another, I think your house rules may be discouraging players from joining. If I may make an humble suggestion, drop this strange rule for stats and go back to the standard 4d6 drop lowest.

Your current rule means the characters are way below average in at least 5 stats and will reach average on level 6. That's not an adventurer, that's the village idiot combined with a cripple. I know some people who enjoy the challenge of playing a deliberately weak character, but believe me, it's not the majority.
