Gotham - From the Ashes (Reboot of Free-form ADULT game)
The Joker's final act of madness devastated Gotham and took many of the masked heroes and villains down with him. Now, three years later, a massive reconstruction project has let two-thirds of the city be rebuilt, and the population is back to about half what it was before Joker's Inferno.
But the one thing no one can destroy is the darkness within Gotham. Now the city needs new defenders to help save it from itself. New heroes will take up the mantles of those who came before, adding to their stories, alongside entirely original men and women answering the city's call.

Just started the first GM-directed story arc - perfect time to join up! A few character available with backstories and connections to other characters in the game. And plenty of room for totally new characters, as well!
Game is open to full-fledged heroes, and to the dubious-heroes like Catwoman and Huntress. Still not ready for outright villains to join, but the first big fight is getting underway, so still time for people to join in! Who is the man in the business suit? Who is in the black costume? What weapons are being brought into the city? And why are the buyers backing out of the deal? Come find out!!!
Make someone taking up an existing mantle, craft a totally new character idea, or grab one from the Adoptables thread. Right now could really use Nightwing and Talon in play, they had a major storyline cooked up I would like to get worked in soon. And the Raven (no connection to Titans character) will be a major plot focus at some point in the second phase of the game...
This is a street-level game, so no Iron Man or Green Lantern types, please. Minor superpowers will be considered, but if your character could single-handedly stop an alien invasion, they will be rejected.
Players are coming up with their own plots, too, though I think those are being held until the first major villain's introduction is done. But a fairly active group, with lots of great writing talent just waiting for chances to cut loose - come join them!
Adobtables: Added a thread for characters who are up for grabs. At the moment, there are three - Nightwing, Talon, and an original called the Raven (NOT connected to the Titans character at all). Really want Nightwing and Talon back as PCs, the two had an interesting set of plotlines worked out that could easily grow to encompass most of the other characters.
