The bustling metropolis known as Sharn has many name but the one that most know is the City of the Knives. The massive spires and towers that scrape the sky are filled with people of races through out the continent of Khorvaire, a land ravaged by a brutal and bloody conflict known as the Last War. But in the shadows of the city's towers and the dark alleyways, evil and skullduggery of all types plots in the background. While many citizens strive to make a living in the city they are preyed upon by criminals, corrupt guild managers, nefarious cults and monstrous creatures. You are once such citizen of this bright city, be it newly arrived or the home town, you shall be a champion of the people against the shadows that threaten to consume them.

Looking for 4-5 players interested in playing D&D 5E in an Urban Setting for a short campaign focused around social interaction, character development, intrigue and mystery in the Eberron campaign setting.

The game will be using the 5 Edition rules of Dungeons and Dragons but I am no rule master, I am lenient and interested in making the game fun for everyone. We will also being using the Eberron Unearthed Arcana article put out on the Wizard of the Coast website which introduces races and ideas unique to the setting, as well as the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide and the most recent article detailing the new Artificier class.

I will be using the optional feat rule, where in players at certain levels can choose to either increase an ability score or select a feat instead.

The Game will be taking place in the Eberron Campaign Setting for Dungeons and Dragons, and players shall be in the City of Sharn for the entirety of this short campaign from level 2 to level 8. There will be a focus slow, atmospheric and social roleplaying with moments of fast and fierce combat encounters. A major part will be building a relationship with the city and it inhabitants rather than questing for to stop an evil dictator.
