King Ferdent the Wise has done the unthinkable, he has constructed a wall around his kingdom and conquered or persuaded those within the wall to bend their knees in fealty to his name. Those within the Grand Construct are safe from the horrors of the outside world. No one ventures outside of the wall and survives long to tell of it. The only means of travel outside of the Kingdom is to the Great Sea to the south, but even still most ships are kept close to the shore to avoid the monsters that lurk in the deep water. Only the Marshall and the Royal Legion have ever survived a trip outside of the wall, but they were never the same. For better or for worse, they stand as stalwart defenders of the realm, their unequaled might the only thing maintaining the alliance within the walls.
This is a land constructed by a unified alliance and is watched over by the The Marshall and the Royal Legion. Lords fight over claims to lands and titles for the riches they possess and you could be counted among them. Become a Lord and take the throne by either force or wit. Or simply participate in this power struggle as a Knight or Lady of the court. Perhaps even a thriving merchant who wants to make his profit off the troubles of war.
Available roles will be listed below and erased as they are filled, once all slots are filled the game will no longer be bumped.
-
Liege Lord/Lady of the North (Logs Godsarmor, Warden of the North) -
Liege Lord/Lady of the South (Terand Dreldini, Admiral of the South) - Lesser Lords/Ladies (1 Duchess and 1 Duke)
- Knights (1 Elven Knight)
- Miscellaneous (Merchants, Famous Warriors, etc.) (1 Mercenary Captain, 1 Palace Servant)
Disclaimer:
Anything not listed, such as merchants or other social classes will need to be confirmed with the GM upon entering the game. Also keep in mind that your character should have some plausible reason to participate in feasts hosted by the king or some tie to nobility that will keep your character in constant participation with the story arc as it progresses. Exceptions will be made for outstanding concepts and ideas, but I urge everyone to try and stay focused on the upper echelon of medieval society to not take away from the game's focus.
