Thinking about this, assuming I find the time. Is the setting supposed to be a modern day equivalent? (Rather than the original Golden Age comic timeframe.)

I've not played a ton of Fate, but I love me some superheroing type games. I'd give it a go.
So as mentioned, its a modern setting, but the dawn of super powered types? This would mean dawn of villains as well?
Astro City is a great comic to draw from, so I'll double down on my interest.
