I am looking for players for a game that will consist of two initially separate groups of players, one a cabal of mages and one a coterie of vampires, both tasked with uncovering dark secrets in the city.

This will be using Chronicles of Darkness Vampire the Require and Mage the Awakening 2nd edition rules.

Looking for one or two more vampire characters to fill some holes.  Could use an ally of House Blackwood, a ventrue would fit well.  But other concepts long similar lines may work.

If we're talking about Requiem I usually play Daeva. By 2nd edition do you mean Blood & Smoke?
