Grigori was destroyed, but the war was far from over. Worse, Grigori had left a terrible legacy behind that would not be felt for several more years, months after the War was thought to be won.
Unknown to anyone in the area, Grigori had a child, Georgiy, that separated from it just prior to the battle of Petersburg. While the Brave Witches fought and destroyed it's father, Georgiy moved silently and slowly east across the great vastness of Orussia's frozen tundra. With such a vast distance to cover, it took Grigoriy many months before it reach the Bering Sea. But all of that open land made it stronger and more powerful than even Grigori had been.
Putting out extreme amounts of cold, it eventually froze narrow gap of the sea between Orussia and Alaska. Shrouded in fog and snow, it took the defenders at Elmendorf Air Base completely by surprise and even wiped out the few Witches stationed there.
By this point in 1947, most of the Witch units around the world had been disbanded, and those that remained were made of young witches with little to no combat experience. The United States of Liberion only had one Witch Academy left, high in the mountains of Colorado Springs, Colorado. They were quickly bolstered by what remaining Witches could be deployed from around the globe, and organized into the latest JFW, the 515th - called the Yankee Witches.
Will they be able to stop the Neuroi on the last battleground?
I am considering running a game in this setting, but only if I find suitable players with sufficient interest. I'm looking for about 6 - 7 players to join me in this endeavor.
GM Guidelines can be found here: link to a message in another game
Once I get enough interest, there will be more developmental posts made in the game.
Thank you for your interest and time.
