Welcome to the USS Livingstone...

The ship is named after David Livingstone a Scottish an explorer of Africa, one of the most popular national heroes of the late-19th-century in Victorian Britain. He had a mythical status due to his working-class "rags-to-riches" inspirational story. He was also a scientific investigator and explorer, imperial reformer and  anti-slavery crusader.

Holding his values as our guild, this ship will chart unknown space, fight oppression when we encounter it and play apart in Humanity’s peaceful expansion in to the unknown.

She is a Nebula Class Star ship serving in the Obsidian fleet’s Task Force 47 C "THE KENSAI". The ship is currently at the Beta Antares Federation shipyards located in the Antares sector, where she is undergoing her seven year refit and awaiting new crew members before heading back to a front line role within the fleet.

The Nebula-class is a class of exploratory cruiser, that is in service with Starfleet during these troubled times. A critical part of the design that was approved by Starfleet included a multi-mission module, with the flexibility given to it by the replaceable pod-module. The Nebula-class has quickly become one of the most produced and utilized Starships of the 24th century. This increased flexibility means that a Nebula's crew have to be ready for all types of missions.
