In Hegemony, you become the leader of one of the noble Houses of Florence.

Each House is ambitious, and seeks to expand their power and influence.  There are also a number of larger factions or parties, the State, the Church, and the Underworld.

This is done in the style of the rpg Callisto, and players act by penning letters to other players, looking for help against a foe, or offering assistance in exchange for help in the future.  Players will make choices about how to gain power for their House.

Turns will probably go every 2 or 3 days, that's still up in the air.
