It is the year 1965, and the Police Action in Vietnam is escalating. People are talking about a war, but the government denies auch allegations. And yet, more troops are being sent in to the country.

Surfin' the Delta is a campaign about the U.S.Navy servicemen, who served with the Task Force 116, who fought the Viet Cong in the Mekong River Delta in South Vietnam during the early years of the war. The story is concentrated on a crew of one Patrol Boat, River (PBR) and their efforts in the war (and exploits during the leave). The game is currently looking for a Gunner's Mate 3rd class for the position of the forward machinegunner, Engineman 3rd Class for the boat's engineer and a Seaman for the rear gunner.

The game is rated Mature due to the realistic violence and other themes not necessarily suitable for younger audiences - the GM reserves the option to change the game to Adult rating, if the themes grow darker.. Military experience is not a must, but if you don't have any, be prepared to familiarize yourself with the subject. The game uses the Deluxe Revised Recon by Palladium books, modified to fit a amphibious campaign.
