A little background on the world:

Balmora is a massive city country built in the dead center of the continent of Undara.
For size reference look at the size of the American state of Texas. It's around that big.
The genra is what I've dubbed Aracana punk. There's semi primitive firearms but bows
And magic and swords are just as widely used. No cars though. There's a magi tram though!

I'm pretty lenient when it comes to rules because I enjoy fun and break a lot of them anyway.
No rules lawyers. All classes from PHB accepted as well.
