The city was named Devil's Gulch. It was a hard place where low lives and desperadoes dwelled. Over the past 5 yrs with the end of the Civil war, and the excellent chance that the city could one day be a major stop on the transcontinental Railway. The civilized citizens changed its name to Hope Crossing.

Hope Crossing is located in New Mexico near the border of Colorado. It is situated between Santa Fe and Kansas City. Those going west, and Cattle Drives heading to Kansas City often stop in this newly named town.

Boot Hill: Frontier Tales is a Sandbox game. The ST has made slight modifications to the rules for style and ease of play for PBP.

The Year is 1871... Will you wind up in Boot Hill, or will the future speak in awe about your legendary deeds.
