In ancient times, Cormyr was the domain of dragons, including "the" Purple Dragon, the mighty Wyrm Thauglorimorgorus.
According to most historians the Purple Dragon was slain by the elf Iliphar Nelnueve, Lord of Scepters.
But now, more than a thousand years later, this view is contested!
The goblin wars have thrown Cormyr into chaos and, though the goblins have been defeated, the land must be rebuilt.
You start as 2nd level characters in Immersea, a small town on a crossing of trade routes.
You will become members of what is known as "The Purple Dragon Faction", one of the five political factions which have arisen to govern Cormyr. This faction is small but its power is growing. If you join this game, you have no choice but to become a member of this faction.

Lord Thunderstorm, also nicknamed Lord Dwarf because of his small size, is a minor noble in Immersea and the leader of this faction.
He has claimed:
- the Purple Dragon was not slain, but he merely migrated to another plane of existence;
- it is possible to have spiritual contact with the Purple Dragon;
- the Purple Dragon's spirit will help those who're willing to rebuild Cormyr and lead it to glory and power!

This is a D&D 3.5 ed. campaign, which will take the characters to level 4. And perhaps to higher levels.
Classes allowed:
- all core classes except Barbarian, Paladin, cleric and sorcerer;
- scout
- hexblade
- favored soul
- no prestige classes, but you may multi-class as per the rules in the GM-guide.

I'm looking for two replacements of characters already in the game:
- a favored soul;
- a hex blade;

You can just play on with the character, or change a little in the feats and skills and description. No major changes to those characters.
