Small Town+Bloody Murders=An Interesting Time...
Everyone who grew up in Western Plaines (a small town of approximately 4,000 people) said the same thing, "Nothing exciting happens in Western Plaines".
For the most part, that's true.
It is the kind of community where most people know each other. It is a slower pace of life. Drive-in movies still happen. The high school football games draw crowds. Bush parties are a right of passage. No one locks their doors at night.
Then came the night that Bobby Vance and Elizabeth Warren were murdered.
High school sweethearts. Football captain and head cheerleader. King and Queen of Western Plaines High. Both were found in Bobby's car, parked on lover's lane, both were missing their hearts.
What will this blood soaked scandal do to the town? How will this small town change in face of such horror?
And who murdered Bobby and Elizabeth?

In the grand tradition of shows such as Twin Peaks, Hemlock Grove, and Riverdale, comes the town of Western Plaines. A little piece of America trying to keep life as simple as can be. Something is rotting, and won't be forgotten.
