Dynasty: Stone age and Beyond is a semi-freestyle RPG set in a fictional world of Verdan.  You will begin as a tribe of barbarians set in a world where you must survive against nature and other tribes vying for control of the land.  This game will span many generations and in order to continue after death, from either old age or worse, you must have sired or gave birth to offspring in order to continue play.  Will your tribe dominate the land or will the land dominate you?  Will you be a royal, a pauper, will you be the scum of a criminal underworld? Those choices are yours. Think of it as like the game Sid Meier's Civilization, but you get to roleplay actual characters through time. You will write this world’s history.  Time periods will change along with technology. Welcome to Dynasty: Stone Age and Beyond.

Game Notes:

Level 1 D20 characters will be required. In the first stages of the game, only the Barbarian class from D&D 3.5 will be used. No magic classes will be allowed.  After the initial characters are created, stats and sex of potential future characters will be rolled or chosen by the GM.  Applications will only be accepted for Adults over the age of 18 as Adult and Mature themes may apply.  Please include this information in your applications. (Note: We will not be getting into the nitty-gritty of the hanky panky, so please don’t.).

Please do not write one-liner posts, unless necessary.  A couple sentences, please.  The more the better but no novels either, use good judgment.  Posting should be regular without more than 3 days without a post.  3 to 4 days a week should be average.  Absent players will be played by the GM for a short while to keep game momentum.  After a prolonged absence, the character will become the GMs or may suffer a bitter fate.

Don’t get too attached to your characters because they will all die… eventually.  Nobody gets out alive.  Also, note as a function of the underlying theme of the game there will be times when years go by and your characters will age.

I'm in need of two players to take over two characters that have been abandoned by other players.  We are at a point where the tribe is already established, now they must survive to continue on.  That's why no new characters can be created at the moment.

1) A barbarian named Clovis
2) A barbarian named Koldrin

Looking for players in an ongoing game set in a tribal society.  The focus of the game is survival of the Wolf Clan, your clan.  I have some sleeper players I need to inject new and interested players. (The game will span many lifetimes and move through history kinda like Sid Myers Civilization but you roleplay each generation but the only way to advance is to sire or give birth to offspring.)

So far your clan had been slaughtered by the Bear Clan.  Your clan has been met by another clan kin to the Wolf Clan, the Hawk Clan.  The remnants of the clan have split for the moment.  One to scout out the Bear Clan territory and get numbers and potentially rescue two women taken during the raid.

Characters needing taking over:

Greggor - His characters sheet was never completed but took small parts in the game and will need to be made from scratch an opportunity to make him what you want.

Odda- Odda is a gentle giant of a man.  A little slow but a heart of gold.

Both of these characters went to Hawk Clan territory for diplomacy and to regroup after the Bear Clan attack.  If interested please look at the RTJ and private message me to apply.

Needed:
I've got a couple of idle characters and you may be the perfect fit.  Remember to advance to the next generation you must have sired or given birth to that next generation.  Do not get overly attached to characters as they will all eventually die... of something.  Send a PM/ RTJ request.

The first character is Greggor.  Greggor is ultimately bad luck as each player who as assumed him never seems to stick around very long.  One good thing about that is that his character has never really been developed so jumping in without a lot of getting to know your character would be good. Free to a loving home. lol. Currently, Greggory is traveling toward allied territory to meet the Hawk Clan.

Second, we have Ylana.  Ylana is a strong-willed, ill-tempered survivor of the Bear Clan assault.  She has had a glimmer of a possible love interest with the almost Clan leader Ugalrin.  She sided with him during a discussion of Wolf Clan leadership but a total decision has not been declared.  Currently, she is traveling toward allied territory to meet the Hawk Clan.

Lastly, we have Ildri or "Jinx" as she is affectionately referred to.  She is a small warrior female and has a budding love interest with Clan member Clovis.  She awoke among the dead of her clan as she was thought to be dead and then gaining consciousness after the brutal attack from the Bear Clan.  Currently, she is scouting Bear Clan territory for revenge at Clovis' side.
