Sauron has been defeated.  The One Ring, destroyed.   The Third Age is over, and the Fourth Age has begun.

In the Royal Court at Minas Tirith, great tidings have emerged.  Rumors have broken out of the possible discovery of another of the great Seeing-stones, or Palantíri.  King Elessar seeks brave adventurers to seek out the lost Palantír and reclaim it for Gondor.

This game is a GURPS 4E adaptation of the classic MERP adventure Palantír Quest.  No knowledge of either GURPS or MERP is required, although a passing familiarity of Tolkien's Middle-earth will be helpful.

Note that though this game is rated General and is suitable for all ages, players are expected to have a measure of maturity.

We have a good core of 5 PCs, but we could use one or two more, perhaps a hobbit from the Shire or a dwarf from Erebor.  If you’re interested, apply in-game.
