[D&D 5] Fantasy Earth: Siberia
I've added goblins to my home brew setting, based on a Fantasy version of Earth. Sort of.

The adventure will take place in Siberia, north of the Great Wall, and involve a human expansion East from Russia into the lands of the Goblinoids.

This is NOT a West Marches style game, but will involve a single party. It will be semi sand box at times, but have a guiding plot over all.

The Russian Eastern borders run up against the goblinoid western border. to make things interesting, to the North of both there be Giants. Jotenheim is to the North of Vikingland, and stretches....well, no one knows. Feel free to find out if you're in the area.

The game will be set in a new border keep, still under construction, and at the extreme eastern reach of Russia. It is the about the worst place in the known world to live and draws the down on their luck from all over Europe: You folks.

Please check out the link above and send me a PM if you have any questions, or an RTJ if you've read the setting and wish to try it out.

[D&D 5] Fantasy Earth: Siberia
We have 4 players, but I'd prefer 6 to start, with a cap of about 8, so we still have plenty of room.

If you are interested please check out the game link above and send me an RTJ or any questions you might have.

Given the sheer number of submissions I'm closing the game to new players again.

[D&D 5] Fantasy Earth: Siberia
We have just started, and have had the inevitable losses, either last minute drop outs, or players just disappearing after having created their characters.

We have 5 players, and room for a couple more, if anyone is interested in the setting. Please take a look above and send me an RTJ if you'd like to join us.

Note: We have plenty of healing/divine aid, but are lacking in thiefly skills. Not that another cleric or paladin is a deal breaker, or that a game can't be done without the ability to remove traps, but folks always ask what we have and what we don't.

Edit: We are now without an Arcane caster, as well, as both have faded away just before we started.

Characters must be appropriate for the setting, which is not as open and diverse as most settings. Most fantasy critters come form a limited range of Earth myths, geographically, and the Fantasy Based Earth I'm running tends to reflect that, aat elast withing the limits of my knowledge of such things.

[D&D 5] Fantasy Earth: Siberia
As our first combat starts, we lose another. The usual RPoL mystery attrition (although this one may be because I advanced when promised, and the players had been mostly silent in the intervening time)

It is a D&D 5 game set in a fantasy version of Earth using bits and pieces of old myths cobbled together into something very unhistorical. This particular game is set in western Siberia, a  land populated not by mongols (who have a much smaller area to roam) but by goblinoids. The reason for Cathay's Great Wallis to keep THEM out.

The down-on-their-luck-no-real-option-left sorts of European and North African (Egypt and Araby, mostly) come to the eastern most outpost of Russia to help carve more farm land out for  Russian expansion. The springs and summers are short, the winters long. The local Lord uses the foreign types and sketchier Russians as troubleshooters.

Would you like a job as one of his troubleshooters?

[D&D 5] Fantasy Earth: Siberia
The game is on hold, more or less for the Holidays. We are still looking for a couple more bodies to fill out the party.

The game will restart in earnest January 2nd. I will be accepting players thought the holidays.

We lost a character to holiday attrition, and, while the game is progressing, we have room for another body or two.

Please take a look at the game and let me know if you'd like to join.
