Bruce Morrow had a vision - a vision of the end of the world. The Apocalypse. As the tensions of the Resource Wars continued, as the world ran out of oil, he became convinced that all out thermonuclear was was not only likely, but an inevitability - and he chose to do something about it. He couldn't prevent disaster, but with his resources he could prepare to help the survivors.

Thus: The Morrow Project - cryogenically frozen personnel who would rebuild the world after nuclear devastation. As planned, these trained individuals would go into cold storage for 3-5 years when the bombs hit, then emerge to assist with the recovery efforts as a coordinated group.

As so often happens in the Wasteland, things did not go quite as planned.

Morrow Fallout is a Morrow Project/Fallout mashup that transports elements from the former into the world of the latter, run in GURPS. The PCs will be a trained and motivated unit tasked with making the world a better place - as best as they can manage, at any rate.
